I scheduled an appointment and Ryan Tilotta came out. He checked everything thoroughly, listened to all my questions and answered honestly. He sent me his report and the estimate of what it would cost. Before beginning the work, Marcos, the operations manager came by, to answer specific questions about the process and what would happen the day of. He explained everything I wasn't sure of, and let me know to reach out, if I had additional questions. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I also spoke to Kristen and Yvette, who were helpful with the scheduling and any info still needed. Some brickwork is cracked around suspended arches and cornerstone decorative pieces (e.g. above garage doors) but obviously has been for decades. I specifically called Cornerstone because I wanted a serious contractor who does actual poured footings, not that stacked cylinder mess that could actually crack your foundation worse as they use your house for the jack leverage. Dave was on time, courteous and (given that our appointment was in the middle of the Viral Apocalypse) understanding that I was working from home instead of 'off' for the day of our appointment. We spoke for a bit, he outlined everything well and asked pertinent questions about my reasons for calling, then got down to work inspecting...and recommended no work be done at this time. I offered to pay a service charge but he said that wasn't necessary. We did follow up on the phone briefly (I was busy when he was finished) and I am strongly considering coming back to them for some drainage improvements here and there as precautionary measures.
