There were some problems with sub contractors, but the owners tried to make those things right. 5 years later, it feels like every time we turn around we find another problem. Not cosmetic, but problems with the quality of work. Just a few problems have been trim that didn't get put back up under low windows, shelves mounted with the screws in the wrong place, pebbles left under the flooring, I can go on and on. Our most recent was that a shower door just fell off. As my husband looked at it to put it back up, he found that they had mounted the heavy glass door into the shower surround with nothing behind it for the screws to hold to except some glue!!! Efforts to repair this problem found that they mounted the whole shower surround with nothing behind it but the studs. No shower board, Sheetrock or anything!!! The subcontractors cut corners everywhere possible and no one monitored the quality of work. Use the utmost caution if you hire this company and monitor EVERYTHING because they won't.

Other red flags (in retrospect) worth mentioning that are consistent with other recent reviews: -The employee who provided an estimate showed up over an hour before the scheduled time, examined our garage framing from only the outside, and did not return to finish the estimate an hour later as promised. -LBW scheduled our job a week later than initially agreed. -The lead asked open ended questions about the scope of the job upon arrival at the job, making it unclear whether he knew what work needed to be completed. As pleasant as the lead and office administrator were, it feels like we were hustled. If you engage with LBW, make sure you need the work!
