She walked us through the entire church and shared the history of the building, the surrounding area, and fun facts like Arthur Guinness (founder of Guinness) had his wedding at that church. If you want to learn more, book the tour! Worth it!! After the history tour, Becca walked us through an interactive Irish whiskey demonstration. My husband and I got to make our own with Roe & Co. whiskey, fresh cream, coffee, and orange chocolate shaving. Delicious! After our tour and Irish whiskey demonstration, we stayed for dinner. Since we were on the whiskey train, we enjoyed a couple of whiskey sours (not an Irish drink, actually created in Wisconsin).
