So I had to look for a gift for one of my BF daughters, so I venture into this store, I've seen it in other malls & they have pretty children clothes, but expensive as hell (why is kids clothes so expensive?!?!!?, u buy complete wardrobes every year, because they keep outgrowing them, & they don't use much fabric, maybe its me but I don't get it!!!). So this is the outlet why not give it a look. I wasn't let down, the clothes where really pretty, the store was clean, the sales lady was very attentive (I have no idea what sizes kids wear at what age) & the price where from 25-50% of retail. A little pricey on some items tho for example a minion onesie for $35!? Ummm i think NOT. But they have TONS of clothes for the whole family. Me & Baes found a pair of shorts each that weren't on sale but who cares cuz they were cute! Customer service is very nice. I admired a employee that stopped what he was doing just to help me find a size when it was right in front of my face and instead of just handing me the pair of shorts and returning to whatever he was doing he made sure i liked it and made sure i left happy. The wait line wasn't too exgerating pretty well wait and the cashier was also great in his customer service. The only thing that did bum me out was while i was walking back to the car i was playing around with Baes and swung my bag at him lol and realized my stupid bag handle ripped...why you ask!? Because for about 7 pieces of clothes they packed it all in 1 bag. Yes 1 freaking bag instead of giving me two. Wow i had clothes overflowing off the top of my bag. I still can't wrap my head around it. Why close your fitting rooms while your store is still open? Is it a theft issue? People steal at all times of day. They are refusing to give me my money back unless I give them my name, email address, home address and phone number. I think that is totally a violation of personal privacy information laws, and they provide no reason why they would need my address in the first place. They should put up a sign to warn people that if the customer want to return an item, they'll need the customer's almost their full personal information. My Question; How does this company protect my personal information not being used or exposed after I give it to you for your undisclosed purposes????? My suggestion to you, do not buy any thing unless you know that you will not be returning it for sure. By the way, the girl who was helping me said that she is the store manager for this location.

So I asked for a manager and never seen one. I had to call a family friend that works in Plaza Bonita to confirm this and she informed me they can do the exchange and reprint labels. Evalyn proceeded to help me AFTER I saw that they were lying. This is not good customer service. They did not greet me or my mother.
