Service wasn't the best. We had spoken to 4 individuals until we found one that was actually kind and explained things to us. We were looking for a particular Mickey that my daughter had, just trying to find a duplicate as she is super attached to the one she has. One individuals just shrugged us off, like we were wasting her time as she was just standing there. The kind individual offered one that looked similar, which we appreciated but in the end my daughter wasn't a fan. Still we liked how this individual explained things, and interacted with us and her. Was expecting to be annoyed with just HOW much Disney was gonna be thrown in my face. But this store wasn't as obnoxious. It has a ton of dolls, action figures, paraphernalia and other everyday items such as cups. What I was surprised to not find was a bunch of clothing items which was the reason I came here. The price was slightly below what I thought it would be so I think it's good value here. Definitely better than buying any of it at Disneyland. I didn't see any staff working the floor. In fact I can only remember seeing one worker who was at the cashier. I know there had to be another one but they must have not looked like they worked there. The cashier had back to back terrible customers who were yelling at them. Props to them for being able to hold their composure. Best to come here for simple gifts for children. Not much for us adults there. And not enough things for adult males. I'll have to look elsewhere as I prep for Disneyland. I'll give it four stars for the staff and for the environment. read more

Don't waste your time. We drove way too far but didn't need to. This shouldn't be considered an outlet as prices are comparable to the regular store. Even with the clearance prices, they are barely discounted. Nearly everything in the store was $20 and up on clearance and if it's cheaper then it's xxl. The staff is friendly. They have a mandatory mask policy and everyone walking in without a mask is given one by a front entrance employee. They have some good dealios/sales and disney store exclusives. Dude, its Disney stuff at a DISCOUNT! How can you go wrong? Well you could because you'd end up buying way too much stuff. Do I really need a Genie tie? Damn right I do! Clearance sections can have up to 70% off depending on the time of year. Your best bets are during seasonal changes. However, one thing I also noticed is that there are park (Disneyland, CA Adventure, and the Disneyworld Parks) clearance items available as well. So for instance you can find an Epcot Center T-shirt which normally wouldn't be available in the west coast. As we know, since Disney has rights to Star Wars and Marvel stuff, they also have that gear too. Moveth over Woody, here cometh Thor! Lines can get horrendous but they move quickly and the cashiers even have fun with it using all sorts of stuff to wave in the air and get your attention. Ace D...i'm the Disney geek...i am here monthly..can't believe i didn't review it first!! :P i have been a huge fan of this store...i think it's the only disney store outlet in SD...some things are the same price as the disney store in the malls, but some things are ridiculously cheaper...they even recently starting selling clearance stuff from DISNEYLAND!!! don't be mistaken...the Disney Store items are not the same quality as the Disney Parks merchandise...the stuff you get at the park is much better quality...there is a good reason for them to be charging you more...but now...you can get it at the outlet!!! i generally do most of my xmas shopping here (throughout the year)...birthdays, easter, v-day...basically every occasion shopping is done here. i even buy plush toys here and when we go to Disneyland i bag it up as if i bought it there!!! ...if you are lucky enough to show up on a day that all clearance items are additional 30% off...you are in super luck! tees for 99 cents, toys for about the same...plush for about $3...you cant go wrong here! some days are better than others...and it is extremely overwhelming...never agree to pick up stuff for anyone else...it's hard enough finding the sizes and thing you need for your own kids... plan AT LEAST an hour in this store alone... read more

This outlet is that the Las Americas outlets and I highly recommend checking it out. Half of this door was merchandice that was for sale at the Disneyland Park but it was so much cheaper at the outlet. You need to snag things up quick as all the best sizes do go quickly though. I am giving it 4 stars as I love that this outlet has merchandice from a Disney land parks for cheap. However I'm not giving it 5 stars because a lot of items did not have prices on them so that was frustrating and you have to buy a bag at the store. When I was asked to buy a bag I assumed it would be the 10 cent fee that is normal in California and I was fine with that but no they gave me a tote that was a $1.25 and will never use again and they didnt tell me prior. I love coming here because of the specials that they have. Everyone here is friendly! Really nice! EXCEPT, a lady named Denise! Yes, I will be putting her name on here so everyone is aware of how rude she is. I mean come on! It should BE THE HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH! Since the parks are not open now because of COVID. I love the Disney store. My daughter loves all the princess stuff. We walked in and we see the princess side of the store on the right. The store has air conditioning and was clean. While we walked around, one of the employees gave my daughter a piece of coloring paper with Ana and Elsa on the paper and offered my daughter three crayons. That was super nice of him. Friendly staff that works here. I also saw Mickey Mouse in the middle of the store. I took a photo of it. Who doesn't love Mickey or Minnie? I'm still a kid at heart. When it comes to my daughter, I end up taking her to a Disney store. I will even buy her a toy sometimes. I think she will never outgrow this store. They even had shirts for adults. How cool is that? We just visited this tire and they regusto to let myself and my kids enter because of their face mask exemptions. Remind you, we have been here before during the close downs and we've never had an issue. I'm very aware of the law and medical waivers and exemptions. I'm very upset at the way they treated my children. I spoke to the manager and supervisor and obviously they are not aware I can sue the retailer. I'm in contact with corporate and retailer at this location. We will no longer support this business and all Disney chains. As a supervisor/manager, I recommend they receive training how the law works during these times. This retailer will be hearing from our lawyers. read more

So it's not a Disneyland Park quality store but what can you expect on a bargain? I found a doll for my niece for $15, then they had it for $30 at the other stores. We ended up getting two. We also got her 10 barbies of all the Disney Princesses for $100...That's $10 a pop all at once, and they were prettier than the ones that you get separately ... that child is spoiled. I got a $3 Nightmare Before Christmas shirt for my little one...What a deal! The price didn't say so but that's the way it rang up. Drove 30 min to check out their selection of Vinylmation. I could not believe my eyes when I saw them on sale for $1.99 each. Sure the selection is limited, but I was able to snag 25 different vinyls that I plan to use as traders. Call ahead to see if they have anything you are looking for. They had Sea Creatures, Astrology, Zodiac, and a few CYO. I also snagged a Cars 2 set for $14.99. The store was a lot bigger than I expected. It was very busy too! They have a great selection of plush and clothes. Will be sure to come out again! read more

I have such a love/hate relationship with this store. While I love the bargains (when bargains are to be had), this place is a pain in the ASS to get to, get out of, and just overall deal with. But when you have a mini me who's obsessed with any and all things Disney, you cowgirl up and be an awesome parent and deal with this place. It's hit or miss, though. And don't even bother on the weekends. Unless you like shopping Hunger Games style and are ready to shank someone at any given moment. Then may the odds forever be in your favor. read more

I can't take my kid to Disneyland all that much, but the Disney store sure does come close. I find everything my daughter likes and wants here, she's so happy with it all. Great store. I wish I can give it 5 stars, but my daughter wanted a toy that didn't have a price tag (we didn't notice), so when we went up to the register the lady just "assumed" it was $14. and that's what she marked in the cash register, I said let me look for another one to confirm the price, and sure enough, it was only $5.99 but on sale, so that toy was only really $3. Nice place to come in with kids to relax and shop. There's a nice small play room for the kids to color and watch Disney shorts. They also have a large selection of Disney toys, coffee mugs and shirts. The staff is fairly friendly.
