Went in this store with my mom. But she did not find anything also she said the smelled old . I couldn't tell . But we left pretty fast .

Currently in the cash register line; might as well write this now as I will be waiting a while until a cash register is open for me lol. I give this Old Navy some stars because I like the selection here and the guy coordinating the fitting rooms was nice and patient. As for everything else.....other shoppers are very pushy and the cash register line situation.....yeah lol. Probably will be much more chaotic as the holidays approach. read more

In my personal opinion, the Old in front of Navy refers to the -at times- faded colors of their clothing. This Old Navy store is big has a lot merchandise to choose from. So I was talking to my register in English and there was a problem with my purchase. I got socks it only had two in the packet I wasn't aware it was an issue because the registers only spoke Spanish. When it was finally resolved and we were able to community with me. the guy at the next register with a steak of blonde hair insulted me in Spanish. just because I do not speak it doesn't mean I do not understand it. Which I felt very offended and was unnecessary. I asked to speak with the manger he was nice but as soon as I left they started to trash talk me. They were unaware that my daughters were still paying the guy with the streak hair and Ashlley continues to insult me and make fun of me. Thanks manager for not putting you're workers in their place remember the customers are the reason you have a job. No wonder lots of companies are going out of business why deal with rude employees. Very uncalled and unneeded racism at its finest. Especially with everything going on right now you would think all you're cash registers would tone it down a bit btw I am Mexican just because I was speaking in English and I'm light skinned didn't mean I needed to be insulted. read more

My experience here has always been good: no issues with orders, no complaints, good amount of stuff to look through, happy with purchases, etc. I'm usually here during holiday weekend sales, so by now I'm used to seeing piles of clothes disorganized on display at practically ANY of these outlet stores lol. What can you expect though, it's a huge outlet mall on the literal border of Mexico with great deals haha ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Recently I spotted a jacket online on sale for $35. There was an additional online sale on top of that making it $28, nice! I didn't know what size to get but saw that it was in stock at this store so I showed up in person to try it on. Surprisingly the price in-store was "on sale" for $49. I was confused. Why would the online price be cheaper (even without the additional discount) than here at the outlet store?? Regardless, I just stepped out and ordered the jacket online through my phone and walked back in to claim my pick-up purchase. Cool little sidenote: they just started doing pick-up orders at this location and I happened to be the first one to do it lol. What's even cooler is that as soon as I walked back in, the worker was already bagging it for me lol. Staff is really friendly and always willing to help. Yes, the store can be messy at times but despite that, you can find some good stuff here. I would just double check online for things you really want; it might be cheaper. But there is a 10% off military discount in store too, if that's good enough for ya. read more

Yikes! I don't consider it normal to have a mini panic attack when entering a store. I'm not a neat freak by far, but when it comes to shopping. I like it neat. I worked in retail for 10+yrs. Some of those years were as manager and let me tell you. This mess is completely unacceptable. No matter how busy or understaffed they may be. The store wasn't shoppable at all. I don't want to look through a mountain of shirts to finally get to the jeans I want. There wasn't enough staff on the floor to ask for help. Actually, I didn't even come across one. Seems they were all at the registers. Being that it was my first time here I'd like to think this mess is due to the holidays and not an everyday thing. read more

Came to this Old Navy to use my $20 voucher that I got in the mail. This is the highest amount I have gotten. I normally get only $5.00. It's so easy to spend free money! Anyway, this location is nice. Descent amount of clothing available but run out of my size. I noticed the $5.00 racks and 50% off racks. Pretty good deals. I wanted to buy a dress but it was still over $20.00. Hubby decided to pick out my tops and daughter's clothes. Hubby got me two tank tops at $5.00 each and found 2 dresses for my lovely and beautiful daughter. Total came out to be $21.50, but when I got to the register, I only paid 50 cents to my Old Navy Visa card. Good deal! Thanks to the nice cashier who rang me up. I wish this store wasn't so hard to maneuver around. Aisles were a little tight to get through. Clothes were descent but some of the styles were a little tacky. I tend to dress a little more stylish and not like an old lady. LOL! All jokes aside, there wasn't too much I liked other than the cute dresses I saw. It's still hot out and now they have a lot of winter stuff. It's not even cold yet. I tend to come back here just to see what they have. I also love the costume jewelry here! read more

Nice store with great discounts. I don't even mind the long line at the cash register. However, there was a female hispanic looking cashier (wearing a very provocative dress - not appropriate for work) who was very rude to my poor mother, a tourist from Mexico, who was trying to communicate in English with the cashier but was ignored. Please Old Navy train your employees better. No wonder why several stores (such as Macy's and Sear's) have closed down. Employees have to be polite and approachable. Otherwise, people will continue to purchase products online. read more

Customer service at its worst! Long lines all the time and they're never prepared to handle the amount of customers they have. Last night was the worst I've seen the store ever. It was a mess! But that's usually the case there so you tend to ignore it. The checkout line had at least 20 ppl and 2 registers open. Finally they call a third. Just when the line was moving a girl simply announces she was taking her break and walked away. I understand they're entitled to breaks, absolutely. But you don't announce it the way she did while customers are waiting or call some to take over. There were employees on the floor too. Just seemed that the employees aren't happy to be there and customers aren't a priority. read more

I never find things in Old Navy because their sizing is always funky. I've tried on the smallest size that they have and still they fit like Jared from Subway pants. Or their shirts are cut for who knows what kind of person. With this in mind I often never bother because I already know what the results would be. Today I may be reconsidering this because I had to ask for a bag from a sales associate to place all of my finds in. Didn't come out with half of what I thought I would but the things I found I liked. I was a little disappointed upon asking for their military discount to discover they only do it on Monday's. Really? Honoring this discount any day of the week would surely boost their sales especially with such a large presence of customers it would serve. Oh well. At least they offer it. read more

I come here mostly for bulk purchases (kids grows out of her clothes & need to refresh) or specific items. The deals are good, but some staff could use training in customer service. While the cashiers I generally get are helpful and friendly, the staff floor are not very helpful. When you can find 1 they are very hesitant to help or answer questions. I was told that 2 shirts (exact shirts down to the bar code/style/color code) were different prices because they were different. I was also told that no shirts were available and it seemed as though they didn't even look. While the selection is generally okay, sometimes there is not much to choose from or staff doesn't want to look. Good deals and good coupons. read more

This is a really bad Old Navy. No AC Two workers at registers and I waited for 15 minutes in line. It was so strange, the store was quiet...weekday 11am. Multiple workers stocking and around the store...why in the world would someone not come help? Then my jacket (which was on a rack that said outerwear 20% off) did not ring up and manager said it was the other things on the rack. Ummm, there were about 20 of these jackets there...it wasn't misplaced. After manager said no, I approached him again, asked for his name (Ricardo), I told him that I would take a picture of the rack and would contact corporate as I did not think this was right, and they may want to add cashiers because I just waited 15 minutes. He changed his mind and allowed it as the price advertised. I think he knew he would be in the wrong. Of course he didn't ring me up himself and I waited again. 30 minutes later, something that should have been 5. Too many places to shop, go elsewhere. read more

This Old Navy location is at the Las Americas Premium Outlets. It was the weekend and while some stores that i went into were very busy, Old Navy was low key as far as customers go and I couldn't complain about that!. Had I not found several great deals, I wouldn't have even bothered waiting in the line to pay though because it was pretty long. The employees working were friendly however I was kind of surprised by the line to pay for your merchandise because there wasn't too many customers shopping inside yet the line for the register was long. I don't know if they were just short staffed or not, but I only saw one girl at the register and one girl on the floor. Some customers had returns while some had coupons and then ones with regular purchases making each transaction time consuming in a different way, so having an extra register open would have been great. The stuff I ended up buying was priced right and I was happy with that, I just wish they had more staff on hand. I was told by another yelper (thanks Soo H!) that coming to the Las Americas Premium Outlets during the week is better because it's not so busy or annoying. I'll keep that in mind should I stop by the outlets again. read more

The best one for deals out of all the chains they have. They have the most clothing & a couple other things that you will not see other than this one. They always have sales,most of the time the clothing is marked down more than what the sale signs says. Do not go on a holiday or you will be in line for what seems like hours, only having 1-2 register's open do not seem to help either. I mostly buy cheap t-shirts to use a pajamas or I buy sweats/workout clothes. Their jeans are cheap also,but they do fade fast when you wash them. Long drive,but if your already out that way you should go for good deals. read more

First I'd like to say that I usually have no issues shopping for years at your store until today. My daughter was excited to buy some active wear pants. She wanted to try it on so she and I walked over to the dressing room. There were customers standing around bunched up in one corner while all the dressing rooms looked closed and no one to help us or any of the customers. I walked further into the dressing room to see if I could find anyone to help us and found a dark haired girl with her back against the wall of what looks like the closet of some sort. She looked over at me and before I even got to ask any question, a blond, long-haired Hispanic girl who stood across from me and the dark haired girl snapped at me and said, "Were busy ok!" I didn't understand where she thinks this is an ok behavior for customer service. Neither one of the girls at the dressing room came to say anything to us customers to even let us know what's going on and to answer such a simple question as could we get some help. And to get someone to snap at you for needing customer service is just upsetting. I will not be coming back to shop at this place and will make sure to pass on the information that customer service at your San Ysidro location is terrible. My daughter and I came in around 5:30-5:45 pm today, May, 6th 2017 at the las americas old navy outlet. My daughter was upset by the way your employees not only looked as though they weren't doing anything, but was rude to us so we walked out of your store and will not be coming back. When it comes to Old Navy, I become a big spender except for today... I walked out do to the customer service. I had to go after work because I needed to get a last minute present.. so I'm dirty from work. I was trying on a shirt and I had to get a different size.. I walked out and the guy asked how many items do I have. I told him 3. He said no you don't and pointed at two other items and I said no that's my sport bra and dirty shirt. He kept saying they belong to the store. I had to show him my sports bra and dirty shirt just so he would leave me alone. I went into the store today to find a couple new outfits for my daughter. I have to say I love the baby and toddler girl selection at this store and this is the only reason I will ever return if I do. This store is incredibly busy every time I come in and today was no exception. After I found some outfits I was extremely excited about, I got into line. First thing I noticed was there wasn't enough associates on the cash registers for the demand of customers in this store. They were using maybe a third of what they had available for cash registers. It's never easy shopping with a toddler but longer waits make it much more difficult. After waiting for at least 15 to 20 minutes it was time to checkout. The cashier was polite until I noticed that two pairs of shorts were ringing up for an incorrect price. I found these shorts on a sale table that clearly stated "Sale $5" and they were coming up as the retail price of 14.99. I let her know and she looked confused and turned around to ask her lead what to do. Janice the lead barley looked up at us from her tablet with an extremely condescending look and snapped at the cashier and just flat out said no. She didn't bother to ask us where we found these items or why we thought they were that price. I told her that maybe they should check their pricing because they were clearly on display under the sale sign. The cashier went to go check and returned without any solution to our problem. Didn't even seem like she knew where to look. Janice the lead proceeded to tell me the same thing she did before. I asked her if she could show me the specifications of the sign so I could understand where I was wrong in this situation. We walked back to the table where I found the shorts and after seeing the sign I saw she argued with me over their mistake. She admitted it was misleading and said she would honor the price. She never apologized for the inconvenience. I have to say that was probably the worst customer service I've ever had while shopping for clothes. They made a mistake and took it out on me, there is absolutely no reason a customer should be treated the way my husband and I were today. I really hope they make some necessary changes or they will loose a lot of business. read more
