He had it diagnosed and fixed in no time, and it was fairly simple thing that I didn't know about. I haven't been anywhere else since. Whether a big or small item, Jeff will have it identified, and if he doesn't know, he will find out. Jeff, the owner, is a personable salesman. But he is so much more. He comes to his business with an ocean of experience both technically as an electrician, and also as a life long bike and motorcycle rider. After several attempts to select e bikes at other north county locations, and multiple failures of sales people to follow up, we found Oside E-Rides. Yay! Not only was Jeff knowledgeable enough to refine our search, but he is personally able to modify these bikes to meet individual needs. For example, I did not like the throttle placement on my Magnum Pathfinder 500. Jeff modified the throttle to better suit my riding background. My husband chose a Magnum Low Rider. I also care about appearance and color. To each his own, for sure, but I personally think the Magnum has nice lines and color choices. Super rude owner. Wasn't welcoming and while we were talking amongst ourselves on who liked what bike and joking he very rudely came up and said we don't get to decide he will do the decision making on who rides what bike. He kept us standing there not knowing if we were riding or not. His tone to us was as if he knew it alll and we were dumb. In the end he wanted $250 deposit for every bike that was ridden, mind we had a group of 12 people. I was in need to get my tire repaired and I came in. The gentleman Jeff helped me and got my new tube in and even proceeded to let me know he was missing one for the rear tire. He told me where to go and I purchased the tube. The problem was that the shop was backed up for 2 weeks and I just needed my tube put in. I returned to Oside E-Rides and I was able to have tube installed again. If you need simple repairs like change of tube I recommend coming here. You can purchase your own tube and bring to have it done. I did not need to wait 2 weeks and I was able to continue riding! read more
