He does a lot of extra things and he doesn't even charge me for them. Yesterday, I came home and found Zac on all fours on my front yard weeding! For one thing, it was a 80 degree day. Also, he is NOT even expected to put out the weeds. I learned that he had been doing that without telling me because my house is on a corner lot and is very visible to people who walk by. Dawson was the salesperson on my last purchase. He also has carpet laying experience. Anyway, everything went smoothly, and on time and in budget. I was particularly happy that I didn't have to hire a seperate worker to remove doors and baseboards in preperation. The layer there handled that, as part of the regular installation. They also had to upholster carpet onto an opening bench window seat. That takes more skill and they pulled it off, no problem. Good inventory there too. I stick to the Nylon choices for cut pile carpets, so the fibers are less prone to matting down in the traffic areas.

When I bought my house a few years ago, I knew it came with a huge yard, but did not know it came…read morewith an annual mosquito problem that would cause not only lots of itching, but prevent me from using my yard for most of the summer. I got quotes from a few places, and ended up signing up for regular service with TruGreen. They come weekly during the mosquito season, virtually eliminating the problem. They also spray (outside) for spiders which is a great bonus as my house has PLENTY. Their service is reliable, and I always get a text letting me know when the driver is on the way and when they are finished with the job. Their prices are a little high, although they do give discounts if you subscribe for multiple treatments and/or different service levels, or if you pay all in advance rather than monthly. At some point I'd love to sign up for extra services to make my lawn beautiful, but for now I'm very happy with the mosquito spraying so I can enjoy my yard again!
