Being more of an RV park, It seemed like a campground where most of the people bring their own entertainment (aka quads/sxs/dirt bikes). As far out as it is, there's not a lot to explore on the campgrounds. To explore you have to go out on the dirt road. They do have ping pong tables & a horseshoe pit. Most of the people staying there had dirt bikes and quads. They'd all be coming and going at times. At night, it was very quiet. They have warm showers, and a clean bathroom (clean for camping standards). To note: It's a fairly long (~9 miles) trek on a dirt road to get to the campground off of I-90. Expect your vehicle to get dirty on the way in/out. There was zero cell service (Verizon). Overall, I would recommend this campground!

If you do not like being next to the freeway, this campground is not for you. It did not bother us. We also take advantage of their half off rates during September. Thank you Wolf Lodge for that. Next, the campground has a lot of activities which we were not able to take advantage of. We were visiting friends in CDA and spent most of our time with them. I wish we had time borrow a canoe, hike and use the sauna. We had site number 12 a pull through with full hook ups. It is an end unit and we enjoyed it. The campsites in the center row have you facing the backside of another camper and it's hook ups. There are pull thrus, back in sites, tent sites, and adorable log cabins for rent. All sites come with a picnic table. There is a lot of shade. We felt very safe and even left our bicycles outside of our RV overnight.

We pulled our carts to the front ourselves and asked the checkout shack staff for help. The clueless blonde said she didn't know what was going on either and did not offer help. We sat there in the sun until Brooke sauntered back, we got a couple more things and checked out for $2,600+. We got a $0.20 rebate through their Rewards program. Yes, a twenty cents for $2,600+ purchase. They wouldn't even give us free delivery, so that was an extra $200. Fast forward to $200 delivery, which amounted to wind-shorn plants in the back of a pickup truck. The trunks of two $300 trees were bouncing off the tailgate where they had fallen over. One tree was near death, with the entire top covered in crunchy dead leaves, browned branches and leaves severly eaten by insects. We refused the one tree and returned to Barn and Blossom to pick out a different tree, until we were told we had to pay another $200 delivery fee. NO, WE WON'T PAY FOR THE DELIVERY TO REPLACE THE NEARLY DEAD TREE YOU TRIED TO DUMP ON US. After, $2,800+, I would have expected a basic level of courtesy the first time we were there, at least the second time, but no. There is zero service and if I could give negative stars, I would. We have alot more yard to landscape and it won't be through Barn and Blossom. The response from Barn and Blossom's owner was, "We are glad you won't be coming back as you are not welcome." Such poor service, even from the owner...now they created a Disney level fantasy novella below about how great they are.

These fun and exciting events were not limited to Grange events, but Town of Harrison City events too. It is with this dedication that sustains small town community, it is all for the "good of community"! Such events include assistance in the annual "Old Timers Picnic" hosting breakfast for 150 people, to the annual Harrison Show n' Shine car event, again hosting breakfast for many passing by and classic car participants. Our raucous and fun monthly bingo evenings which are open to all, to helping with the clearing of the school baseball field for all to enjoy, assisting with the staining and restoration of the VFW Park Gazebo, to the outreach and repair of the VFW flag pole servicing not only the Harrison Grange #422, Harrison Library, and the Harrison Postal Office. Our summertime "Market on The Grange" showcasing home grown produce and vegetables, to hand-made goods, all made locally. With more fun and engaging events on the docket for the remainder of the calendar year, all of these events could not be done with out the support of those who "wear many hats", and those that give freely of their time and talent.

WOW! This place is amazing! Our residential architecture company traveled to Coeur d'Alene for…read moresoftware training and stumbled upon this gem! The pictures do not do justice for this spectacular home. The location of the house was in a perfect location. Convenient to the Interstate as well as to the Downtown area and lake. Everything we needed was in a short walk or drive. The neighborhood was a beautiful collection of modernized craftsman homes and everything was manicured to perfection. Lisa was extremely responsive to anything we needed (like a place to eat or grab a coffee). She was always in constant communication with check-in and check-out, as well as checking in to see how our stay was. The house has EVERYTHING! There was nothing that we wanted that we could not find in the home. There were plenty of towels. The washing machine was pre-loaded with soap for washing a few clothes. The kitchen was stocked and everything was labeled. All high quality items in this house, from the quality of linens to the All Clad cookware. Everything seemed brand new. The house was laid out perfectly over three floors. The bottom floor had two bedrooms, a huge living area with a 85" tv and another game room, along with a nicely sized bathroom with a 4' countertop. The main floor was vast. It contained a master suite and bathroom that belonged as the feature story in a Kitchen & Bath magazine. The Kitchen belonged on the cover of the same magazine. The colors and materials were picked perfectly! There was a spacious laundry room on this floor as well as a dining table that comfortably would seat 10. There was also a spacious living room for relaxing and carrying on a conversation as well as a powder bath. The upstairs had three bedrooms and two baths. One was a en-suite and the other a hall bath that was just outside the two bedrooms. There was a lovely lounging area at the top of the stairs as well. To top it all off, their was an upstairs covered balcony that had beautiful views of Coeur d'Alene. This was an absolute jewel in a beautiful city. I can't recommend this place enough. You will not be disappointed if you rent this for your next multi-family vacation, corporate retreat or just a luxurious trip out of town!

To return to the past would be after my duty in Vietnam and discharge later! I returned from Vietnam very disenchanted and semi shocked about our countries Government and most specifically our mission and presence in Vietnam? After working through the summer out of Great falls in a town named Wolf Creek. I decided to head back home to my parents in Portland. But a stop off in Riverside Montana where my uncle and aunt managed a restaurant and Bar seemed to be in order first? I was put to work there on weekends; on the Bulletin Board was a Help wanted camp cook and part time wrangler? Although camp cook was an easy part drawing on my US Army commissary experience was a small step, But the wrangler part presented a challenge? Myself being from big city Portland Oregon and never sitting astride a Horse in my entire life except once at a youth camp owned by our church? But like all things there is always the first time? Inquiry was to be made at a general outfitters store up the road a piece? which is what I did? after a phone call I was contacted! Being honest about my limited experience with Horses I was given a try! But what got me the job was cinnamon rolls for the crew at Breakfast? You're hired ! The St Joe Ranch was very remote in those days? I was taught to ride, saddle and care for a Horse, rude awakening I'd say? in the movies the Hollywood Cowboys don't do this I thought? Handling a team in Harness was also something I learned? anyway in summation it was a generally rounding experience which gave me time to stand back and look at the world realistically? I worked for the St Joe lodge thru elk season in the fall of 1968. I would not trade the experience for anything else?
