New owners have changed the menu. It's limited and now more pricey then shooters! We walked in and couldn't believe they took everything down. It has zero charm. We were told we could have hot dogs or burgers. We looked around and saw several people that ordered off the menu. We waited almost an hour and a half for odd tasting burgers. The people next to us were complaining about the food. Waste of gas to be told you can't have the normal menu and then get lousy burgers that cost a fortune. We won't be back.... It's been disappointing for awhile. The new owners should have listened to what the regulars wanted changed. Service is still completely lacking. A half hour for drinks is ridiculous. Fix the menu and train the staff.

Great place for weekend music, drinks and socializing. Music by the water and great people make it a must.

Located just north of the city of Coeur D'Alene sits Hayden Lake, perfectly nestled in a quaint neighborhood with hillside homes and shady trees. Although a little small, the beach features plenty of areas to camp out near the shore or up the beach in the shade, and a dock to the right allowing for small watercrafts to launch into the water. We spotted the perfect spot for our party of 7 and set up camp. Docks surround the swimming area which allows for plenty of water depths to swim/float/dive/ect in! It was a beautiful day and the cold water felt amazing. The kids made sandcastles while the adults swam, floated and soaked up the sun. The snack shack features a wide variety of food and cold drinks ranging from sodas, and popsicles to pizzas, corndogs and more. Sure, prices are a little steep for the generic food, when I came back to the umbrella boasting cold popsicles, the kiddos loved it! The only major downside is parking. There isn't a designated lot, but spots line the road for at least a mile, so if you can't snag a spot up close (like we did!) be prepared to walk and schlep all your jazz to the beach. However, when back visiting family, I'd easily return to this quaint slice of paradise!

It enclosed an area for kids to swim around without having to worry about boats. The sandy beach area backs up to a grass. So play or lay in the sand or relax on the grass. Partly shady gives you options to take cover if it's too hot outside. Has a snack bar that is only seasonal. A volleyball area with a few picnic tables. A boat launch area and Bathrooms too. There's also a section with kids life jackets to use at not cost. The place is absolutely gorgeous. It's almost unreal The downside - it can get packed pretty quickly. So not a lot of elbow room on the those summer days when everyone wants to get out. There's not many options for parking. So if you're not lucky enough to snag a spot up close. You could end up parking 1/4 mile away. Still an amazing place to relax and have fun ! A must do !

The launch is extremely busy which makes it that much more stressful. The dock is tiny and not sturdy or very long which makes it difficult to lunch/load. You would think with all of the taxes the lake properties pay they could afford a better dock/parking area. At the very least there needs to be more than one launch area. Will never return to this lake with our boat as we already obtained a permanent souvenir chip to our boat due to the shallowness of the launch and the horrible wind.

The only problem is that…read morethe road leading to the boat launch and the snake-like road leading down to the lake are not designed for anyone who isn't experienced navigating a trailer. The road leading to the boat launch was precarious for me and I didn't even have a trailer. It seemed more like a back-alley, with cars parked on either side of the narrow street. I can't imagine what it would be like on a Saturday afternoon, two inexperienced drivers hauling large boats meeting in the middle of the road for a game of chicken to see who backs down, the loser forced to back up knowing that a sway in the trailer will scratch the cars parked along either side. It almost had the feeling that the property owners were strategizing ways to scare boaters from the launch to maintain tranquility in the neighborhood. I have seen this type of strategizing in Wisconsin on lakes near population centers, where there is technically a public boat launch, but the only place to park your vehicle is a half mile away. Don't forget your life vest! For those skillful enough to put their boat in the water, Liberty Lake is beautiful.

Our stay was 4 nights and we booked several experiences for our time there. The first was a 90 minute massage. The massage room overlooks the marina and is beautiful. The massage itself was just okay. He asked the area he should concentrate and actually that area felt the least attended to. However, it was still very relaxing. My friend and I also booked "Hot winter night" at the infinity pool. This was so much fun as they have an adult hour and lucky for us the center above the pool was hosting prom. Yep- we got our dancing queen on. Might have annoyed the cute couples around us, but a girl's gotta dance! We also booked the "Floating in Frequency" on that Sunday morning. It was a small class and we drifted comfortably around the pool to the sound bowls. Highly recommend! Food is great at the resort and Beverly's "Lakeview Menu" is a great deal. Available until 5:30 each day, you get a 3 course meal for $29.99 with an optional wine pairing for $24.95. We had a window view and got to know the local geese (guarding their nests along the edge) June 2026- Had another friend in town and of course wanted her to experience this resort. We stayed 4 nights in Lake Tower and this time had a west facing view which had beautiful sunsets. The outdoor pool had opened, but we only visited once as it was windy and cold. Instead, we booked a "Girl's escape package" This included massages for both, lunch, and a pedicure. We had a great time. July 4th weekend 2026- This was a last minute book for us, and if we planned ahead would have gone for Lake Tower. However, we were pleasantly surprised at our view of the fireworks from the Park Tower Marina room (stay was 3 nights). This was probably the best for us since we had our dog Luna. It didn't have a balcony, so better for her not to hear the load booms. We spent a day at the infinity pool (rented a beach cabana) and ate dinner early. Then spent the time in the room waiting away for the crowds. The show was amazing and I've never been so close to fireworks with such an amazing view. We had an amazing time!
