I have been going to Osteostrong for a month now and I have their month to month membership. Location is convenient to where I live and the facility itself is clean and welcoming. I did feel like the sales pitch was a bit strong and that Robert himself although personable was a bit disorganized. Too much sales pitch for various upgrades as well. I felt very rushed to get through the very short 10 minute program. Also, it is difficult to have someone speak to you live when you call in to ask a question so you may just want to pop in to the location. So, it recently looks like they changed staff at this location, due to what I was told staff "re-training" on the machines which is scary in of itself because of potential injuries. However, I'm glad they were able to recognize that the past staff needed to be re-trained on the machines and I did feel like this time I was showed the proper positioning when doing my exercises. I feel like I am paying a lot for each 10 minute session and I'm truly hoping that my bones will benefit in the end. I was struggling with a recent diagnosis for osteoporosis as well as a crushed vertebrae. Having taken osteoporosis meds in the past with no long-term benefit, I did not want to return to that approach. I read about Osteostrong and went there for an evaluation. Although it's hard to believe that this simple program could be effective, I decided to try it and see if I would get a good result, as evidenced by a DEXA bone scan. I began the program, and immediately began to feel stronger and more confident about my levels of strength and ability.
