1 hour wait for the worst salad ever. Unwashed leaves and vegetables. Honestly ridiculous and idk how the bill at the end was so high. I didn't eat anything and wasted hours of time

Visiting Puerto Rico for the very first time with hubby and we tried a restaurant that is from the roots of the talented Bad Bunny inspire Puerto Rican dishes from all variation. And walking into the restaurant you have an open view of the old city where you are able to enjoy some good food and drinks and vibe with the music. The drinks were made with perfection I tried both their mojito and limeade, which were both a good choice for a hot summary day during the winter time. Services was done smoothly and well and the bartender was very attentive to make sure we were good and that we got everything we ordered and very consistent with making sure we stay fulfilled with the service. Food choices they have so many good options I tried there grilled prawn and beef empanadas both were delicious the prawns were done with perfection not chewy at all nicely cooked and well seasoned had that grilled tasted to it. A good choice for my seafood lovers my next choice would be there white fish when we visit again definitely a good choice to go if you travel here for vacation especially if you are cruising

Absolutely amazing!! From the food to the staff to the ambiance, I'm super impressed. They were SLAMMED pack (understandably) but Carly and Alberto didn't miss a beat with serving us and making sure our experience was top tier. It's a very open environment with decent seating options, we chose to sit at the bar and it was spacious (which is always my concern) and comfortable. The drink selection is excellent for a busy spot, the drinks were made fresh and fast and the bartenders knew the answers to every question we asked. We got a variety of food selections and ALL of them were scrumptious, I highly recommend the fish bites for a light but filling tasty meal. I can't sing my praises enough for this place, with this being so busy and popular I thought maybe it would be lacking but it was perfect. Highly recommend baby!!

We were left waiting at the register for a long time even though there was no one in front of us. Even after telling the staff that we were ready to place our order, no one assisted us. Every employee who walked by clearly saw us waiting, yet they acted as if we didn't exist. The staff were extremely rude and showed no courtesy or basic customer service. After waiting for about 20 minutes without anyone taking our order, we decided to leave. Very disappointing experience and unacceptable service.

Amazing service and atmosphere. Most of all, I love my mojitos and we ordered mango & strawberry flavored. Best mojitos ever!

Came specifically for grilled prawns which to our complete disappointment were just deep fried to oblivion. If shrimp jerky is your thing, these are your jam. Maduros were nice.

It was a very laid back spot to enjoy music, food and learn more about the culture and celebrate Benito's roots as well with the various photos around. The gal running it all was so upbeat, kind and made the experience even that much greater!! We WILL be back!

Restaurant close to castle. Very close to museum. It is outdoor courtyard restaurant. Food picture show on the wall. You can select what you want. We got the Churrasco that come with fried plantains. The meat for the Churrasco is delicious. Meat is tender. It has good chargrills flavor. We also got the local anchovies. This dish come with olive oil. It is great appetizer. The olive oil is rich in flavor. Service is a bit slow since they only have one people serve in the front.

The service was very good, the margarita probably one of the best I've had and the food... PHENOMENAL!! We sat and listened to the sights and sounds of old San Juan. Beautiful night to enjoy every delicious bite of amazing food!

Not a tourist trap, just a place to enjoy your drinks and the historic ambience.... ¡Acho Puerto Rico es otra Cosa!

My family and and I, were a weekend (from Florida) in Puerto Rico and went to see the Bad Bunny exhibition they had at Ostra Cosa and asked for piña coladas and very educated and smart the young lady (even there was no power something common in the island!) she improvised serving us, she never said no to us...it started raining and the place was packed and by herself she handled the crowd...the young lady been from USA she spoke/understood very well spanish...2 thumbs up! 100% recommended!

Everything was absolutely delicious! The fish tasted so fresh and the prawns were so tender it tasted like lobster! The service was on point!

I love this place! I love the view and the live music. Last time I came to visit was six months ago and the food has gotten sooo good. The salmon with majado was delish. Chuleta can can and masposteado rice was finger licking good. The octopus mofongo was soft and not dry, nor chewy. Definitely can't complain about the service since they were all very attentive. I wish you success always since I am in love and want to come every time I come home. Gracias!

We entered, every server was busy, we saw one empty high table, settled ourselves and ordered fish tacos, Chicken Empanadillas, and a couple of drinks (Mojito & beer). Fish tacos were really good, the best we had in the old San Juan area. we were there for 50 odd minutes and went to another bar. the ambiance was good but can't say the same about service but as I said above- this is the scene in every other bar in that street. so this is normal there. also, happy hour is from 3 to 8 (like other bars) one thing to keep in mind- whatever the restaurant/bar/pub you visit in this area - your food order gonna take time, as these all are mostly there for drinks, of course, food items are there in the menu, but it's gonna more then usual time, so if you are hungry, try other restaurants. Flavorful AF and even tastier with the hot sauce, so definitely get the hot sauce. They have happy hour from 3 to 8 - got tasty Mojitos and Pina Coladas. Also tried their little shots of frozen slushies for a $1 each - really liked the tamarind one. Also, I highly recommend and would double down on the Paellitas. If you've had Paella in Spain, these Paellitas are the mini-version-don't-wanna-share as they are smaller in portion. However, it was well seasoned and the 3 pieces of shrimp on top were fat and plump (just how I like my shrimp!). Sit by the front and you can also people watch to your heart's content. That's what we did and we ended up making friends with randos that stopped by.

The restaurant is absolutely adorable inside and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Once we were seated, the service was quick and attentive. While it wasn't quite to my personal taste, I could tell it was well made and I'm sure others who enjoy that style of tamale would love it. My husband had the baked chicken and really liked it. My friend ordered the salmon and said it was moist and very flavorful, and her husband had the garlic chicken, which he thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, everyone in our group was happy with their meals. Between the cozy atmosphere, friendly service, and tasty food, I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you're visiting Old San Juan.

Since I've always seen the long lines outside this store when I passed by, we decided that we try to go in as soon as it opened. So, we lined up around 11:30am. We barely waited much and we got seated. The server that day was quick/efficient/friendly despite the fact that she was running a one woman show. And the food arrived within a decent time. My friends and I decided to order the PUERTO RICAN PLATTER with a side of a side salad. This platter comes with everything you could want & maybe something that might be a bit adventurous for you to eat like blood sausage. Despite that, it's a nice platter to share and try a bit of everything. It's really nice that if you order for 4 people, they give you exactly the amount of pieces that are divisible by 4 (so everyone can try 1-2 pieces of each thing evenly). It also comes with a decent amount of rice/pork as a supplementation, which was nice. It's a balanced meal. And I think the side salad did well to balance out all the fried foods. Overall, we really enjoyed this place. It's a great place to come with friends/families to share. It's a great place as a visitor to try a bit of everything. The platter is a great introduction of puerto rican fried finger foods. And it all taste great! From the presentation of the food to the service here, it's all good. I would recommend this place to others.

The restaurant is medium sized, so for the sake of space they make you wait outside for a table. Our group of 7 was seated pretty easily but it also wasn't too packed when we arrived. We split it between 3 people and they said it could feed 4 but hmmm, I'd be skeptical of that. I think no more than 2 comfortably honestly as a meal. The sampler was delicious though and had all the main things I wanted. The corn fritters were a hit and the steak was well cooked and seasoned. While the food was good, the wait was a little long and the service was mid (not bad but not the best we've had). Solid 4 stars
