    Literally just stole 200 dollars from me. Sold me the computer, shipped me the computer then mid shipping they requested return to sender. There was zero communication as to why. When I inquired, they tried to extort ANOTHER 200 dollars out of me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Edited to address this half witted response. You are good at pointing out your TOS, but not the WHOLE paragraph which states the sale price is determined on the day of shipment. Not a day later. Not 5 weeks later. The day of shipping. Your company is disingenuous and unethical. Anyone reading this should STEER CLEAR from buying anything from OWC.

    Proof That SSD was killed due to a power issue.

    OWC's LAPTOP DESTROYED MY LIFE AND CAREER!!! STAY AWAY FROM OWC!!! I recently (2 weeks ago ) bought a MacBook Pro from them, and it was a NIGHTMARE! The USB ports output 20V+ instead of the standard 3-4V, FRYING THREE of my external SSD's hard drives and DESTROYING YEARS OF WORK! Their customer service is a JOKE. Cynthia was SPITEFUL, put me on a hold for 40 mins when I told her that my drivers are indeed fried.....and only responded back when I mentioned recording the call. Marc, their so-called "de-escalation" expert, blindly supported their illegal and unethical claims. OWC's DISCLAIMERS ARE FRAUDULENT. They refuse to take responsibility for their DANGEROUS products because their policy is "We can sell defective products that could injury, perjury and even kill someone, but we won't take responsibility for it - we just care about your MONEY!" Filthy hypocrites and SCAMMERS. BUYERS BEWARE! Their "Other World" devices will ruin your life and career. Avoid this company at all costs if you value your data and sanity. Legal action is pending. You've been warned!

I asked about cost of delivery and set up and told him I was just looking at this point but thank you and so no issues there. I passed thru the phone accessories thinking I should get an xtra charger for my phone. Alas I see an unknown brand thing like an Apple Pencil. It was marked 9.99 on the tag and on the scan by it. I take it to the register and it gets rung up at $42 with tax. I go to enquire after talking to the lady about before checking it out, it to whom I said, wow $10 instead of 100 ish for Apple? She said yes Apple is overpriced. So I thought wow $10, I must get one. So I, after finding out it didn't ring up at that price talked to the manager. He said oh they're in the wrong place that is for a different type. There were like 4 to six on the hanger with the wrong price so I said well do I get it for that price or free even since I'm bringing this error to your attention and spending the time to point out your three packs of the same are marked wrong as well. No sorry but thanks for letting know. Well ok I'm not usually a mooch looking for free stuff, so next time I won't waste my time trying to be helpful and they can continue to have things marked wrong. A lot of things. It's not like someone could read the tiny numbers to switch them up and they were the only kind there. Maybe I'm just having a bad day, but oops sorry sorta got me not happy with Best Buy today.

I recently switched over from AT&T after being a customer for 12 years due to the promotions that seemed enticing. I would like to add in the 12 years I was with AT&T I never had ONE problem with them. About 2 weeks after switching to Verizon I have had nothing but issues. At first Ali promised me a $160 phone bill and the first bill I received was $400. After being told that it was only for the first bill, it was still going to be roughly $200/month until I called Corporate, and they added an additional promotional discount at $20/month for being misled by my sales associate. Ali advised me there was a $35 set up fee for each device from the store and he waived one fee and told me I could call Corporate to waive the other three. He failed to mention Corporate would also be charging ANOTHER $35 per device for activation and to waive store set up fees are not on the corporate side, and they couldn't do anything about it. This led to me paying roughly $250 dollars that Ali did not make me aware that I was going to have to pay. Ali also told me I had 14 days to turn my phone in and set up auto-pay, but on my first bill it was not accounted for since it wasn't done at the time of the sale. Another $40 I had to pay that was he was not up-front about; I would have done it in the store if knew it was going to cost me more money. He sold me 2 screen covers each costing me $50 and promised me the convenience of being able to come to the store for a year to replace it for free and thereafter a lifetime warranty through the screen cover's company's website. After 3 months I came to the store to replace the covers and now I'm being told the policy has changed and I can no longer use that convenience by changing at the store and I could only rely on the website with shipping to replace the covers. A policy change should not affect something that was purchased before the policy change date, nonetheless, I was told if I changed it at the store this time I would lose the lifetime warranty. Another $100 gone to waste when I could have bought a similar kind online for less than $12. I would also like to mention as soon as Ali finished the sale portion, he didn't even stay with me to close out everything and put the covers on my phone, he gave me another sales rep so he can go help other people in the room which is poor business. The other sales rep you can tell was new and was even frightful to put on my screen cover without messing it up. When I returned to the store a few times already due to complaints, Ali remains calm and speaks to me in a way where nothing is at fault of his own and even told me that he mentioned all these things to me which HE DID NOT! I have a fantastic memory, and I wouldn't forget it. He lies to your face and is quite deceitful. I've been in sales, and he is a disgrace to such a position. They are only looking for commission and couldn't care less how it affects your pockets. I IMMENSLY regret ever leaving AT&T and trusting this company. Not to mention, the service is not anywhere close to the service AT&T can give you. My phone lags constantly and drops connection all the time (never had that issue with AT&T). Save your money and your frustration and stay FAR AWAY from this place. Give it a second thought and look at other options cause this will be a decision you regret making.
