I think communication is this company's biggest issue. I told them in writing and over the phone…read morethat have a leak in my fridge and need freon. He came to add freon without addressing the leak at all, just wanted to charge me for wasted materials. The person on the phone told me there would be no service charge, the leak would be $85 and he would add the freon "by giving me a good price". Then he told me $180 for the freon and he couldn't fix the leak when he got there and still tried to charge the $85 after I told him to leave. I hate to say that I think the language barrier caused this issue, but he didn't read my texts either when I said there was a leak.
