He performed the diagnostics and determined it was my Lennox S30 thermostat. He had a new S40 in his van , replaced the old, configured it and tested it thoroughly before leaving. He made sure there wasn't another problem before replacing the thermostat. Air Loom techs and staff are always timely, polite and professional. Jacob has been to my house for regular system summer/winter maintenance and is always great! Very competent HVAC technician!

Another update due to another great experience with AirChampion…read more Recent electrical outages and surges have taken a toll on many things in our house, but the A/C is the main thing I was concerned about. In triple-digit heat, the last thing you want is your A/C to not work resulting in you lying in a pool of sweat under a marginally-effective ceiling fan. Had some concerns recently regarding our system due to yet another brief power outage and subsequent surge that results afterward. Outside fan on the air conditioner wasn't coming back on after repeated attempts. Called AirChampion and they squeezed us in, getting to the house within 3 hours of our call. Thankfully we finally were able to get the system up and running again prior to the tech arriving, but we did want to make sure that the capacitor in the outside fan had not been damaged. A quick test revealed it was operating at about 90 percent capacity. Tech also gave us some pointers about what to do should the motor in that outside fan cease to operate. Great tips! There is a reason we have been using AirChampion for over 40 years - and this is it. Great job!

They updated our drain line so it will be easier to do mtc on - and didn't ask for more $, for them it was just the right thing to do. Have had numerous issues, and prices, even with warranty ,were much higher than other air conditioning businesses. They were very non response this last time and didn't make any deadlines and I eventually had to call a different company to come work on the air conditioning units. The other company also did the repairs for a much more reasonable price than Indoor Comfort. After deadlines had passed, I tried calling to find out why, but they stopped answering phones and never showed up. Very unreliable at a time when the weather was very hot and my house was extremely uncomfortable. At least I was able to find other, more reliable, air conditioning companies so I will never have to use Indoor Comfort again.

Henry's also fielded many numerous questions over many calls. They installed our Ecobee thermostats. They followed up for a year on maintenance calls. When we had a problem with one of the thermostats they immediately came out and solved it. They have continued to maintain the units since that time. Whenever a technician(s) comes out they immediately go to work and do not, except for the installation which was all day, and continue until finished.

We had our entire HVAC system replaced today by Larkins Air Conditioning (they are a Rheem…read morecontractor but also service other brands). Last week we collected bids from several contractors dealing in Trane, Carrier, and a few other brands, and we ended up going with Larkins because they quoted a more efficient system for the price than the other guys. Plus our neighbor had used them for her AC replacement a couple of years ago and said she was happy with the work they did. They told us they'd be here at 9am today for the install. 2 vans and a pickup rolled up at 8:45 with a crew of 4 guys, and they had the old AC and furnace disassembled and in the bed of the pickup by 9:15. One guy was on the front lawn assembling pieces of the new unit, while 2 others ran those bits up to the attic and stuck them all together. The 4th guy was installing a 2nd intake in the master and running a new duct for that. I left at 11:30 to run some errands, and by noon my husband called and said "yeah they're done, they're checking everything now to make sure it works so they'll be gone when you get back." I said "How is that possible? The other people said they needed 2 days." Neither one of us could believe how fast they got it up and running - 4hrs compared to 2 days? That is unreal. I got back home around 1pm and the hubs told me he's already broken the new thermostat, and Larkins was on their way back out to fix it. They were in and out in 10mins and didn't charge us to come back out again. They were friendly, professional, moderately priced in comparison to others, reliable, and FAST. They didn't try to upsell us on things we didn't need and there wasn't any BSing. I recommend them highly if anyone needs a reliable HVAC company.

Tony told me he is busy, but he would make it here before the day end. Tony showed up only a few hours after I called him and got to work fast! He tested everything and found the cause of the problem, the gas valve was not working. It is a special part usually they need to order it. He actually went out of his way, tracked one down, then we and picked it up and fixed the valve. He also cleaned my flame sensor, tested all safety switches and low behold I had heat! I shopped around on a Saturday and a contacted 10 companies who ranged from 12,000.00, 8,000.00, 7,600.00 and everything in between. Now, mind you they were all talking the same language giving me the same 10-ton unit and the R 54. I was confused. I finally spoke to Reza of All Electric and AC who assured me that they had the best price, better 10 yr warranty and 2 yrs maintenance at $6,599.00. The job was professionally done, it took about 3 hours, they were clean, the young gentleman swept my floors and stairs. All material outside were picked up and everything runs perfectly and a new thermostat that can be controlled from my phone. When the other companies tell you, well they are cheaper because you won't get the same quality things, that's a lie. Reza match the $12,000.00 price apples for apples. He listened to my concerns and got me the exact system that fulfilled my goals. Then installed everything at a competitive price. A few years later my compressor stops working on a Friday afternoon and their customer service dispatches help in 30 minutes. The part wasn't in stock and the supplier was closed, so they loan me a portable unit free of charge to get me through the weekend and resolve the problem first thing Monday morning. This company went way above and beyond!! The only AC company I'll ever use.
