Tony answered and said he could come out the next day and recommended a 23 Seer would work the best for our space. He sent Danny out who was very professional. He was even able to have him come early in the morning before the day got hot. The install was completed within hours and the house was cooling before the heat of the day. Their prices are very reasonable less than $2k. The unit is very efficient and cools amazingly. This company is amazing and I am glad my wife found them online. The ice maker tried to live but in the end refused to reliably work... call Jorge the Appliance Master and he arrives on time with tools and declares the unit d-e-a-d. THE IMPORTANT BIT - he got the replacement and returned as promised, against traffic none the less!, replacing the old unit quick and sharp. WHY? is that the important bit, Billy? because service after the sale, especially warranty service, is how you tell the good providers from the GREAT in any field. He took the time to carefully explain what was going on with both the issues I noticed and some I hadn't, and explained how to help the system last longer. Update to my original review of Heights A/C from 2019: Mitch kept my old 2006 unit running for…read moreseven years. At least two blower unit rebuilds, a control card, multiple capacitor replacements, and a few pounds of refrigerant every couple years. This year the refill exited far too quickly and I called Heights A/C for a quote. Thomas replaced the old unit and re-worked the ducts for a great result. The house feels better with the new duct work and the system is amazingly quiet.
