I have had to travel for my work to over 30 states and I have to say my experience with OTRAMM could not have been better. I have an older high mileage Toyota that was having electrical issues. Ryan diagnosed that it was a switch above the rear axle. Instead of going right to replacing the switch, which would have been a more expensive job, he suggested we first try and ultrasonically clean the contact points. This worked perfectly. Ryan is very honest, he is looking out for the customers best interest and an excellent mechanic. If you live near OTRAMM, and have a Asian vehicle, don't take a chance with another shop. OTRAMM refused to even acknowledge the issue. Had my truck worked on, they took off the rear tire and did not fully tighten the bolts when replacing it. The tire ended up flying off completely while on the highway at speed. Lots of expensive damage. I spoke with 3 shops, all of them said OTRAMM owned this issue, it is just something that sometimes happens. However, OTRAMM just shucked and jived and failed to take any ownership what-so-ever. I want to thank the owner Ryan for taking care of me, but I also want to congratulate Danny for the great work he did on my rig. You can trust these guys with your car. OTRAMM R&R the radiator, thermostat, gasket and water heater T's. They also R&R tie rods and CV axle to include rack bushings. Front wheel bearings were repacked and adjusted to factory specs. They even went out of their way and got my truck aligned. The suspension is tight now and my LX 470 drives great again. Ryan and Danny take pride in their work and it shows. He doesn't try to up sell you like many dealerships do. Excellent technicians making an honest living. Oh, I almost forgot they also replaced my front rotors and brake pads. Update on 2015 Review (replaced hybrid battery): The new Dorman battery in our 2004 Toyota Prius failed after two years, but Ryan was able to navigate the warranty process and installed a new battery free of charge. We also had him do some brake work while the car was in his new shop. Happy with the results and the price was $400 cheaper than the dealer. All and all great mechanic and great experience. I was on the verge of giving my beloved Honda to a non-profit because a variety of problems, the latest of which was it wouldn't start when it rained. I asked Ryan to take a look. He was a great detective, and isolated the starting problem to know that I didn't need to replace expensive parts. Ryan also identified the cause of a noise problem that I'd asked two dealers to help with and they couldn't "recreate the problem." Ryan did it while I was standing there just by pushing the car body a couple of times! And, lastly, a problem with the power steering I was told would cost $2k to fix, he showed me how it was just a leak caused by a corroding attachment. Ryan knows his cars, and went the extra mile to find the actual problem. I feel like I have a new car for just a few hundred dollars. First rate mechanic! I needed front brakes, an oil change, and a new timing belt & water pump for our minivan after the water pump blew. Ryan was fast, efficient, and was much less expensive than other estimates.
