I have been craving ramen for weeks now and finally stopped by to get my fix! I'm still newish to the area so I took a chance and I do not regret it. The ramen was absolutely delicious! The spot is busy but the service is fast and the food came out quickly. The wait staff were amazing. The shrimp was nice and crispy even when briefly dipped in the ramen. 10/10 recommend. My wife had never had ramen before from a restaurant and now she's a believer! We will be back very soon!

Wow!! I came here upon recommendation from a friend and I loved it! We walked in to a calm and peaceful environment, with AWESOME lighting (if you want those cute aesthetic pics). We were seated and our waiter came within minutes, and had such a great personality! Don't even get me started on the food omg. I made my own ramen bowl with chicken broth, thin noodles, green onions, and more. My friend ordered some sushi plates (not really my thing), and she said they were a 10/10. Love love loveee this place.

The interior was very well-kept and clean. There weren't many people when I went during the night so the staff was very attentive and the food came out at a reasonable time. I got the Tonkatsu Shoyu Ramen and calamari as it was quite solid but nothing that will blow your mind. The food was your typical average-priced ramen.

Enjoyed myself well enough here. Drink options have improved, and so has the menus and it's options since my last visit. We had ramen of course and some appetizers. Sho Chiku Bai Sake. The karaage is probably my favorite, and the food is decent. Though the noodles seem slightly of an odd variety to me personally. Just off somehow. But still good. Service was friendly and attentive. I would go again.

I was so glad there was a new ramen place near by. Otsuka Ramen & Bar did NOT disappoint. The décor inside is just like a ramen pub you'd find in Japan. A trendy and cozy atmosphere. The staff are kind and hospitable. They refill your drinks and are attentive to your orders. Everything they cook is homemade, fresh and piping hot when it arrives at your table. Otsuka has a great variety of appetizers, ramen bowls and sushi platters. They don't have a lot of rice bowls to choose from, though. Otsuka Ramen & Bar has some tough competition with Mai Asian Box and Pho Central on the same street. I hope these guys stay in business, because I'd love to be a regular customer.

Not really. You can order things without any meat or seafood, but it's usually limited to tempura and salad. Plus depending on how strictly vegan you are, the tempura items are fried in the same oil as meat items

Does anyone know if the noodles are rice or wheat noodles? The people who answer the phone have no idea, and I would love to try the place if they have rice noodles.

The noodles are made from flour.

Yes we do, You can do rice instead the noodles, and taste good too, many customers did try it. And we also start doing organic vegetables broth after 1/15/2018.

We walked in and were told to sit where we wanted and handed menus. They took our drink orders first and after bringing our drinks, they also brought us small bowls with a consume style chicken soup/broth. This was tasty, I enjoyed it. They took our orders a couple of minutes after as well. We started by getting 3 appetizers, the calamari, chicken satay and the dumplings. My friend ordered the Pad Thai (medium level spicy ness so maybe a 2-3?), and my other friend and I got the Maiasian fried rice box which comes with shrimp fried rice and a fried chicken cutlet on top. You can also choose your level of spice on this dish. My friend went with a 2 and I chose not to get it spicy as spicy food causes me stomach issues. After placing our order, our first appetizer came out in about 5 minutes and it was the calamari. I could see the seasoning on the breading, they looked tasty and some were fried crispier than others but nothing was overcooked. Upon first bite, the flavor was really good but the spice on them kicks in after you've ate it and they are HOT. I can handle a small amount of heat but these felt like a 5. Needless to say I only ate two. The chicken satay was my favorite of the appetizers, the dipping sauce is peanut butter forward which I loved because you get the saltiness right away along with that PB taste and the sweetness and mild spice come after. The cucumber provided with the satay was the cooling agent I needed to sedate the heat from the calamari. It was cool, refreshing and sweet. The dumplings were pork and shrimp and come with a soy dipping sauce. They were tasty as well, not the best I've had, but enjoyable. Seasoned perfectly. My dish, the Maiasian fried rice box was delicious! The shrimp are a nice size, fairly big, and my favorite vegetable in the rice was the broccoli. The chicken cutlet was fried perfectly too. I really enjoyed it and the one my friend got wasn't too spicy at a level 2. I'd say it was still pretty mild. I did get a taste of the Pad Thai and at a level 3 spice I'd say. It was sweet with that spice kicking in after. It was milder than I thought but over all still a good Pad Thai. After we finished eating, they brought us to go boxes since we all didn't really finish our plates. It was a lot of food and they also brought us these home made cookies with a chocolate frosting on them in the shape of a star. Not sure what kind of cookies these were, maybe sugar cookies I'd say, but they were DELICIOUS! If they would sell boxes of these to go I'd buy 2 or 3 of them hahaha. They were the best thing to end our meals with. I forgot to mention that our food came out pretty fast, and the kitchen is in the dining area so you can see, hear and smell the food being prepared. Aside from the sound of the chef cooking, the restaurant has a quiet ambience and I find it quite cozy. Definitely check this place out if you're in the area. It's really a hidden gem.

It's a small place, so it's not ideal for large gatherings and they're easy to miss. El Tostaco Regio does not serve typical Mexican cuisine. Their food is what you would find served on the streets of Mexico. So there's no refried beans, rice or a queso plate here. Most of their dishes comes with beans and a cup of broth. Their food is served fresh, but messy. Everything they make is packed with flavor, but not overpowered by spices. The tables have three complimentary sauces you can try with your dishes. If your other party is not in the mood for Mexican, El Tostaco Regio also have burgers and baked potatoes. Their menu is bilingual, thankfully. The staff are patient and kind. Prices are affordable.
