I ordered lunch for my team meeting, which you can't go wrong with Chinese food. The customer service is great and my order was delivered as promised and correct. I was a bit frustrated because their website kept timing me out and making me start over again when trying to place four orders. I'm not kidding when I say I spent a good 30 minutes during my meeting to try and order online. I ended up calling to inform the restaurant, but they claimed they weren't aware of any issues with online ordering. Fuji sushi has Chinese and Japanese food so you can get more of a variety. I like that they have lunch specials that are reasonably priced. I ordered the lunch Mongolian shrimp that came with and an egg roll with Hot & Sour soup. The food was okay nothing extraordinary. If you don't like sushi (like me), there's ramen, noodles and rice dishes too. They have a neat lunch special. The portions are just right. I can tell the staff use fresh, great quality ingredients in their dishes. Fuji Sushi is a little difficult to find, as they are packed into a small business strip, making parking difficult. Their fried rice was OK, but not the best. Our waitress got my order wrong, so when she brought in the dish I DID order, she took it off our bill. Great size and great rice ratio in the rolls. Still need a little work on the deep frying bc the roll on the house and fried soft shell crab were a little hard to chew. I also prefer a little softer and sweeter rice but that's just me. What makes this place unique was how they plate the sushi. Very creative and very cute.
