This place only sees its patients as $$$$$. After the phone conversation with the owner Chris I will be filing complaints with the state medical board, the state consumers affairs office and any legal remedy. This man showed NO empathy and lied to me. He gave me useless excuses for his staff. His exact words on why he never followed up with my initial complaint was because I used curse words. Keep in mind the whole situation is on camera and he did not care. With a empty waiting room I had to call 911 because no one on his staff would render my wife medical aid even though she was very ill and on the verge of having an all out seizure. I know it's close and convenient but just go to the hospital or another urgent care facility. Not 1 time did this man apologize for anything and that's all I was looking for not pitiful lame ass excuse that were just lies. read more

Took my son in because he twisted his ankle and could put weight on it. The nurse was barely even polite. She just took him back to get xrays. She could see that he was having a hard time walking but didn't offer any assistance with crutches, wheelchair or even a shoulder. She just watched him slowly limp into the room with a stack of crutches behind her. A few minutes later she walked out of the room and left him trying to get himself back to the exam room. The doctor comes in finally and and NEVER looks at his ankle! He says very little that we were able to understand but we heard Good, Not broke then he handed us papers that he printed about Sprained Ankles. He was worthless! The only reason it wasn't a complete waste of money is that we know his ankle isn't broken! I will never go back unless I am desperate and the PA mentioned in the other comments is working! read more

Came here 10 minutes before closing with a terrible ear ache that I thought was a possible infection, I was worried that they wouldn't take me because I was so late but they were so sweet, took care of me right away despite the inconvenience I caused. The only way I'd recommend this place is as an absolute last resort. Without considering what your insurance pays, they charged nearly 3.5 times what other urgent care's like Patient First charge. A visit with a strep test costs around $400 here, while Patient First only charges $150. Again, this isn't considering what your insurance might cover, but it still seems absolutely ridiculous that the differential in cost is so great when compared to other Urgent Care's in the same area. read more

Just went to Ouch to have a skin tag removed. I was a little hesitant since it involved an incision, but the PA, Shamaine, and the lady who was assisting her were very reassuring and Shamaine explained the procedure. She knew what she was doing, and it didn't hurt a bit. She also answered my questions about post-procedure care. The facility was immaculate. While flu shots were unavailable at Ouch, the lady at the front desk advised me where to get one. I definitely recommend this place; only reason for giving it four stars instead of five is that it took an hour to be seen even though I had booked an appointment in advance on-line; however, I also realize this is pretty much standard, and in fact maybe better than standard, for doctor appointments. I had to deal with Ouch from the aspect of working in a nearby pharmacy. Staff at Ouch were exceedingly great in providing amazing patient care. They went the extra mile to help us get your prescription filled if there was an issue (insurance not paying for a drug). They were super responsive if we needed clarification from them. In my experience working at a pharmacy, this is not always the case with urgent cares when we call them. Staff here was extremely competent compared to other places and a great urgent care staff means we at the pharmacy are able to fill your prescriptions on time! Thanks Ouch read more

have been a patient of Ouch for a few years and have usually had good experiences so I am very disappointed to have received very poor service at my recent appt. I made an appointment as I was experiencing intense sinus pressure/ pain for a while. On the day on my appointment, in accordance with their COVID procedures I called to let them know that I had arrived for my appointment and was standing outside the door. It was at that time the front desk associate let me know that I could not be seen if I was having sinus issues until I took a Covid test. Annoyed that this was not relayed to me when I booked the appointment, I still went ahead and took the COVID test. They stated that the results would be emailed to me in 3-5 business days. I took the test on Sunday and by Friday I still hadn't received test results. I called to get the status of the test and a very kind associate let me know that it was negative. Still experiencing the sinus pain I scheduled another appointment for Sunday. On Sunday at about noon I received a call from an Ouch associate, Jasmine, stating that since it has been more than 72 hours since I tested negative and I'm coming in for sinus issues I must take another COVID test. I was livid! They did not send me the test results in the first place! I had to call and I booked another appt as soon as I got the results when I CALLED. I expressed my frustration and guess what JASMINE hung up on me! I will not be returning to Ouch Urgent Care. Healthcare is something you never want to play with. read more

I have visited Ouch Urgent Care twice in the past year. I like the friendly atmosphere, and the patient care was excellent both times. Good bedside manner both times. I would definitely go back there, and recommend this place to friends and family. read more

They can't get their billing right to save their lives. Our copay is $25 and they charge us $20 every time so that we end up with a bill for $5. It's more of a hassle than anything else, when it feels like laziness in not looking up how much the Aetna copay is. Now we got a $96 bill because they submitted the claim as a non-urgent visit, which wasn't the case. I have never had issues with Kindermender, Minute Clinic or any of the other urgent care facilities, so I don't know why Ouch can't get their act together. It's a pain and hassle to have to keep calling our insurance and their billing department to get the bills corrected. read more

I checked out reviews of walk-in clinics in the area and chose Ouch. I was able to book an appointment online. The facility is modern and very clean. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. I was seen by Ellie, a PA. I could not be more pleased with the visit. Ellie was kind and thorough. I felt like I was in expert hands. When I left I immediately went to my CVS and my prescription was ready and waiting for me. Could not have asked for better. read more

I went here because of the great reviews but I was greatly disappointed. My wife and I arrived and there was only one person in the waiting room which seemed like a good thing. Fill out all the forms then we sit and wait.. and wait... and wait. 45mins go by and they don't even call the person in front of us. I decide to call some of the other urgent care facilities in the area and find out they all have pretty brief wait times. I decide to ask the receptionist about how much longer our wait is she smugly replies "a while." In the time it took for me to write this review my wife had already been taken to the back at the other local facility. This certainly isn't your average urgent care facility. Every aspect of my visit exceeded every other urgent care I've ever gone to. This is about to become THE place to go if you need anything medically done. No one wants to go to the ER if its not major, especially with the average wait times. OUCH is fast, fun, and extremely helpful. The place is brand new so the facility is stunning. Cleanest, nicest urgent care I think there is! Easy and convenient processing. It's in the perfect location right off of 100 on 103. The reason this place was amazing though was the staff I encountered! They were so welcoming, fun and funny, very knowledgable and extremely attentive. They made me want to bring my entire family here because they treated me like I was part of theirs! The woman when I first walked in, Joyce, made me smile even though I was walking in sick. She was energetic and extremely funny. She helped get me all checked in, which was so fast and easy. I only had to wait 5 mins after I handed her back my paperwork and I was already headed back to the room. I was seen by the physician assistant Lindsey. She was the most caring and thorough of any doctor/PA I have ever encountered. I have recommended friends and co-workers to go see Lindsey and everyone has had nothing but amazing things to say about her and the place.
