Before I paid $120, I specifically asked if the package included shampoo and detailing the interior of my car. The employee assured me that it did. That was the main reason I chose to purchase that package. When my car was finished, it was obvious that the service I paid for had not been performed. My seats were still completely dry, which told me they had not been shampoo. My gear shift was still dirty, my floors had not been properly vacuumed, and there was still dirt on and underneath my seats. What made the experience even more heartbreaking was that this is my late mother's car. After she passed away, I was blessed to receive it, and I wanted to have it professionally cleaned. During the service, they broke the flower that belonged to my mother, tore it apart, and simply threw it onto the window seal without saying a word. That meant far more to me than they could have known. I had to go back twice asking to speak with a manager. Instead of the manager addressing my concerns, the employee who cleaned my car came outside, aggressively pulled on my car door without asking permission to open it, wiped off the gear shift, and commented, "She's still talking about her seats are dry." Well, they were dry because they had never been cleaned. At that point, I was finally told that they do not shampoo seats at all. Instead, they spray them with water and vacuum them. If that is your policy, then why was I told otherwise before I paid? I specifically asked that question because seat cleaning was the service I wanted most. To make matters worse, the manager walked away without apologizing, without offering a solution, and without showing any concern for my experience as a customer. The only bright spot was Mario, who treated me with kindness and respect. He even took the time to put my mother's flower back where it belonged. I truly appreciate his compassion. I left this business in tears. My mother's car was still dirty, the service I paid for was not delivered, and my concerns were handled with complete disregard. I've paid $20 for a basic car wash and received better customer service and a better cleaning than I received for $120 today. I cannot recommend Ultimate Car Wash based on my experience. I hope management takes customer concerns more seriously and ensures that employees accurately explain the services they provide so no one else has this experience.
