The staff was really sweet and patient while I took forever to decide what I wanted, and the line moved surprisingly fast. There was also plenty of seating outside. Overall, it was a really nice sweet treat and I'd definitely come back to try some other flavors. Next time I'm trying the coffee because you can't have "Joe" in the name and not make me curious about the coffee.

I was asked what I was feeling to experience energetically out of the various programs available and I chose "Release". I didn't know what to expect and it turned out to be quite profound and healing on many levels so I want to share my experience. I was taken to a beautiful dark teal room with Tibetan prayer flags overhead...tranquil and inviting. I put on some padded headphones while the program was being initiated, and made myself comfortable on my back on an ergonomically sculpted bed. Resonant music came through the headphones as the bed began to vibrate and undulate, my back and legs receiving a massage-like experience as my entire body felt the resonance of sound healing. My first impression was feeling I was a garden being tilled...old stagnant energy was being lifted and shaken and I felt a renewed energy pouring through me. In time, I connected my experience with the elements, grounding energy of Earth, sinking and flowing as Water, lifting and moving in spirals as Air, and the warmth and blaze of Fire...as these blended into Spirit I began to journey and fell into what felt like a sleep state. I came out of the sleep state as the resonance shifted, and it gently brought me to stillness over several minutes, softening and slowing until the program ended. The barista greeted us loudly when we walked in which was good because we did not see him until we were halfway into the shop. Super friendly guy. I ordered their Carmel toffee crunch latte and my husband ordered their cold brew. The barista explained it's more like an Americano which was perfect for my husband (if you've read my coffee reviews you know my husband drinks his coffee black). Our drinks were made quickly while we looked around and after we received them we took them to go. Both drinks were very well made. Latte wasn't overly sweet and husband said it was a good Americano. We will return to try some of their other menu items.
