What a tasty treat! We got a broccoli and cauliflower quiche slice and a strawberry danish. Both were great. A little savory and a little bit of sweet. There was plenty of seating and the space felt roomy and bright, plus a cute little Art-o-Mat in the corner! We had to heat up our own quiche, which seemed a little weird, but atleast they did have a microwave and heating suggestions. The barista was friendly enough and we found the location very convenient to our wanderings downtown.

I wanted some real espresso and found this adorable coffee house and bakery. The staff is super friendly and the cashier suggested the gluten free apple pie muffin and the orange cranberry loaf. My latte was weird so I took a few sips and tossed it. They were playing Frank Sinatra which is cringy. Bryson is AWESOME and he has the BEST personality of any barista I've ever encountered!! A+ for him

I had been to the other Camino bakery location in Winston-Salem, but I have never been to this one. This last weekend I visited with a friend and I ordered an oat milk latte with magic and maple syrup. It was absolutely delicious! Service was quick, kind, and my drink was hot I could definitely see this being a great place to come and spend a few hours working on a laptop while sipping on a delicious drink or enjoying a tasty pastry. There is also a lot of outdoor seating that offers an exciting view of the street and sidewalk that makes for great people watching. As a sidenote, this spot is perfectly located for easy parking along the streets and walking to nearby Winston locations with a drink in hand.

Delicious flat white with a beautiful creamy head of froth, and an almond horn to boot? This place is perfection! Here from way outta town (and found the place b/c it has an Art-o-Mat) but I'm certainly keeping this on the radar if ever I come back to Winston-Salem, as the coffee is excellent, the pastry is perfect, and the vibe is wide open spaces. Seriously, if you're a local, this is the place to be.

What a gem! The clean, minimalist vibe lets the pastries steal the show and trust me, they deliver. From cakes and muffins to croissants and a cute wine and drink selection, there's always something tempting. It's become our must-stop treat every time we visit Winston. And the cozy outdoor seating? The perfect finishing touch. A spot locals should absolutely claim as their go-to.

I like to come to Camino for morning and afternoon caffeine breaks. The matcha latte is made perfectly. Skip adding a syrup and add it yourself after the drink is made. There are also sweet treats to enjoy. There is wine available although I've never tried any. There's always art available for purchase and is quiet. It would be great to work here or have a meeting.

Great baked goods! Also great drinks. Happy staff! Hard to find items too. Had the ginger molasses cookie! It's sweet, bite of ginger, tad of salt perfection. Also absolute ideal texture in terms of doneness, still chewy! And HUGE! Wow. Just go and grab a treat and drink. You won't regret!

Overall, there were options for everyone and so many different latte flavors and pastry options- sweet and savory! Pro: We loved the latte flavors we got (magical and Persian). They tasted great and were not too sweet. They were also very accommodating when I asked for 2% and were able to make it out of the options they had (half whole and half skim). Con: My 12 ounce latte somehow came out to be more expensive than my fiancé's 16 ounce latte. Would I go back? Yes definitely! They have a lot of seating, which makes it great to meet up with people and also outdoor seating to enjoy the downtown ambience as well.

    Iced Americano and Peachy Maté

After two visits I needed to make a review. I am in love with this little cafe and definitely need to keep coming to try more items on their menu. First time I got their summer strawberry matcha they make the strawberry sauce in house and it's authentic matcha. Completely delicious drink. Now visit number 2 was today I tried their Peachy Maté from their summer menu. My husband got an iced Americano and a slice of tiramisu. I didn't try either of his things don't like tiramisu and I don't like unsweetened coffee. He says they were both well made. This place is women owned they have a cute sign in the bathroom. All the staff I have interacted with have been nice and polite. They also have daily specials and rotating cake menu. Definitely will be back to explore more of their menu. They also have this cute machine that used to be a matches machine that I repurposed to sell art. Very cute shop good drinks will be back to try their bakery items soon.

Amazing cortado, super friendly baristas, and they have dairy free/vegan/gf pastries!

This bakery was a nice hidden gem in the heart of downtown Winston-Salem. The agenda for the visit was to get a nice hot chocolate and a dessert while completing coursework in a quiet setting. Although the music was nice, combined with the constant foot traffic from customers it wasn't too quiet. Every one seems to love Camino Bakery. I had the Ginger cookie which was really good despite the heavy amount of sugar on top. I also had the best hot chocolate with a little design on top. Although I didn't get much work done I enjoyed my visit to this bakery and would definitely go back.

Delightful afternoon pick me up from Camino with their almond milk latte. Only note - be patient. They are often busy and it takes time to craft their drinks.

Really cute coffee and pastry shop right in the middle of downtown. Love that it's walkable during nice weather and plenty of seating (including tables with chess/checker boards) both inside and outside. Great selection of beverages (of course coffee, but tea, beer, and wine too) and pastries. The service is always good - friendly, prompt. I've been several times and enjoy my experiences here. My panic order is a mocha, but I've had some of their season specialties and enjoyed those as well. Also their banana chocolate chip muffin is delicious. I need to check out their Brookstown location soon!

Today, I went to Oasis at the Mill for a delicious Velvet Fog chaga- & kava-infused drink. I also booked a Vibro-Acoustic Therapy session for the first time! I was asked what I was feeling to experience energetically out of the various programs available and I chose "Release". I didn't know what to expect and it turned out to be quite profound and healing on many levels so I want to share my experience. I was taken to a beautiful dark teal room with Tibetan prayer flags overhead...tranquil and inviting. I put on some padded headphones while the program was being initiated, and made myself comfortable on my back on an ergonomically sculpted bed. Resonant music came through the headphones as the bed began to vibrate and undulate, my back and legs receiving a massage-like experience as my entire body felt the resonance of sound healing. My first impression was feeling I was a garden being tilled...old stagnant energy was being lifted and shaken and I felt a renewed energy pouring through me. In time, I connected my experience with the elements, grounding energy of Earth, sinking and flowing as Water, lifting and moving in spirals as Air, and the warmth and blaze of Fire...as these blended into Spirit I began to journey and fell into what felt like a sleep state. I came out of the sleep state as the resonance shifted, and it gently brought me to stillness over several minutes, softening and slowing until the program ended. I felt refreshed and renewed and was already deciding that "Oh, I have to do this on a regular basis!" And, the fact that there are programs to access many energetic states is so exciting!
