One of the coolest things is that they make all their bagels on site -- you can literally see the trays of fresh dough and the team working in the back. It gives such a homey, authentic vibe that you don't get at most bagel places anymore. We both ordered breakfast sandwiches, and they were incredible. I had the jalapeño cheddar bagel with egg, spinach, Swiss, mushrooms, and scallion cream cheese. It was creamy, flavorful, and the bagel itself was perfectly chewy with that little jalapeño kick. My husband got an everything bagel with the same egg/veggie combo and vegetable cream cheese, and he loved every bite. We also ordered their pumpkin cinnamon latte, and WOW -- you can actually taste real pumpkin in it, not that artificial syrup flavor. It was cozy, perfectly spiced, and honestly one of the best pumpkin drinks we've ever had. The service was friendly, the place has that small-town charm, and the food tastes like people who care made it. If you're anywhere near North Wales, this is absolutely worth stopping in for fresh, made-on-site bagels and great coffee. Highly recommend!

A wonderfully fluffy bagel, toasted perfectly, with manifold flavors garnishing its top, and richly luscious cream cheese, with real bacon (not bits or soy) spread throughout. It was truly astounding! And for accent and delight: a large mocha, richly dark and right on the doorstep of sweetness, perfectly punctuated my breakfast today. I must promise myself not to indulge unto addiction hereafter, but absolutely must and will visit again! I waited a bit in line because the customer in front of me was taking a while with a flying solo barista. Another barista noticed, and stepped in on the second register. Order was placed and everything came out within minutes. This turnaround is what I expect for a very uninvolved order. Get me out the door!!! They added a few sitting tables in addition to the awkwardly installed fixed bar stools around the perimeter bar. I wish they'd get rid of those. They're proportioned for people with the anatomy akin to NBA basketball players. As I was heading out, the parking lot was totally full and another car was circling about for a spot. The bagels themselves were fine, and not offensive by any means. I'd eat them again. I don't think they're out of this local Western Philly burbs' world special though... My taste buds didn't see the fuss and expectations set for this place by the business, and if this is how NYC bagels taste, I'd go to NYC now. Get it? The special is what the business was promising and setting expectations for. Up to the biz to bring their expertise here as table stakes operational issues are ironed out. Not sure what to ask for or provide feedback on. If shooting to bring NY style bagels, go to industry events or bagelries that offer teaching extensions to cross train/knowledge share. Look for mentorship.

Sometimes they're the right level of chewy, other times they are rock hard, even when getting them at 9am. I recently sent my husband for a dozen bagels and several of them were so dense and hard that I had to really push to slice them, and it felt like work to chew and swallow them. And the flavor wasn't as good this time as last time. I had a banana walnut last time that was super delicious but this time it was too dense and pretty bland. If their bagels were a little less dense and more consistent in flavor, this would probably be my favorite spot, but alas, I cannot say that it is.

Packed with customers, so the word is out on this business and its bagels. Pretty impressive to see so many people, especially considering the area is saturated with similar businesses. They even said there was no manager on duty. Anyone watching the staff work would know that no one was lying. No utensils, napkins at the tables, just people sitting there waiting for their to-go order and then freeing a table later.If you are one of those weekend people with nothing to do until you have some structure at work on Monday, this is the perfect place to waste most of your day, to get you that much closer to work.
