She asked if I could give her 20-30 minutes and I said no, I cannot - I timed it this way so that I could grab the food on my way back to work. I told her my name and order number, and asked her to cancel the order - which she said she would. Never did. Had to file a charge back on my credit card to get the money back. Them not opening on time has happened to me before but it was back when they first opened so I chalked it up to the fact that they were a brand new establishment. You guys have been open long enough to be able to open on time. If you're not going to, then you should turn off online ordering until someone is physically in the shop.

The sandwich is big and you need to ask to be cut in half, they just give it to you whole. It gets busy and they only accept cash. They do have an ATM machine on site if needed.
