It shows they don't seem to care. The excuse that it's hard to get the stain off is unacceptable. I went there a few evenings back and it took 7 minutes for the waitress to come to take me to a table. She was busy having social time with the guests. The pork cutlet took another 30 minutes to arrive and it wasn't that great. The bill took another 15 minutes. The decor is in need of improvement as the back material is stained and the edges of the seats are frayed.
