We went on Thursday and it was pasta night specials for $20. We tried the Clam Linguine, Carbonara, and Linguini Bolognese. The Clam Linguine was the lightest of the pastas. There was a good amount of clams. The Carbonara was extremely rich and probably the least favorite of the three. I thoroughly enjoyed the Linguini Bolognese. The pasta was cooked al dente and the flavors were so deep and comforting. The Braised Alberta Pork Ribs in a Root Beer Glaze was tasty too. You can really taste the root beer flavor so if that's not your thing, you should skip this dish. My son kept raving about this meal for the rest of our trip!
