When I spoke with Mark, he told me that this gentleman called him three times, but would not give him his name or what he needed, and the phone number was from out of state , so Mark thought it was a scammer, but he still answer the call just to make sure that it wasn't someone who needed him. It turns out on the fourth phone call. Mark did find out that he needed his service but neither one of them felt they could work with each other. The fact that he took four phone calls and still couldn't get an answer . That shows me Mark true integrity. So please don't let one negative yelp review sway you from using this outstanding company. They will from now on be my go to transportation service.

The owner called within minutes of our message. Even though there were no drivers available Curt made sure we could get a ride within the hour. First, I received a phone call in advance to verify all of the details and reassure us. And they offered to take me in the same vehicle as my dad so I did not have to follow them in a car. The next day, the driver, Michael, arrived a little early. He greeted my dad and my dad said "hi, Michael!". Meaning that my father felt right at home, right away. Michael took care of every safety detail, kept my dad and I informed about the process, made certain that the correct medical papers went with us, and told me where to meet him afterward. He gave me a card to hand to the medical staff so they could arrange for our transport back with Michael. Everything was taken care of on our behalf! After the medical visit, Michael returned for us within about 10 minutes! And then went through all of the same steps to get my dad safely and comfortably back to his facility. I will absolutely use them again, and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Frank's driving was flawless; he followed all driving precautions and was neither too fast nor too slow.
