First, I received a phone call in advance to verify all of the details and reassure us. And they offered to take me in the same vehicle as my dad so I did not have to follow them in a car. The next day, the driver, Michael, arrived a little early. He greeted my dad and my dad said "hi, Michael!". Meaning that my father felt right at home, right away. Michael took care of every safety detail, kept my dad and I informed about the process, made certain that the correct medical papers went with us, and told me where to meet him afterward. He gave me a card to hand to the medical staff so they could arrange for our transport back with Michael. Everything was taken care of on our behalf! After the medical visit, Michael returned for us within about 10 minutes! And then went through all of the same steps to get my dad safely and comfortably back to his facility. I will absolutely use them again, and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

We were on our way out of town when one of our tires suddenly lost pressure. It was around 5:30pm, most places were closing at 6, and panic quickly set in. We first pulled into a nearby Tuffy to try filling the tire, but as the air went in, we could hear it coming right back out. Frantically looking around, I noticed Doc Motor Works next door and ran in about 10 minutes before closing. They must have seen the desperation on my face because Scott, the owner, was incredibly kind right away. The two gentlemen working with him were just as wonderful. They immediately took our car back and discovered not one, but two nails in the tire -- thankfully both were in spots that could be patched. While they worked quickly and efficiently, we waited inside where they have the coolest kids' area. My son literally said, "This is the best day ever!" The entire experience felt like one of those moments that restores your faith in people. Scott and his team were fast, professional, compassionate, and genuinely caring. Walking into this place completely changed what could have been a very stressful situation. If you're looking for honest, kind, and reliable auto repair -- this is the place. I had a terrible experience at this shop and want to warn other car owners…read more I came in for a simple oil change on my car, which was supposed to cost $50 with a coupon. Before starting, the shop tried to upsell me over $1,000 in "recommended" repairs, including belts, battery, and spark plugs, which I declined. Then, after they drained my oil, they told me the oil filter cap was broken and said they couldn't finish the job unless I paid for a replacement. They claimed it had been "previously overtightened by another shop," but provided no proof that the damage wasn't done by them during the oil change. The oil filter cap is right next to the drain plug, so if it was really broken beforehand, they should have noticed that before draining the oil. At that point, my car had no oil and couldn't be driven, so I was basically forced to pay over $200 just to get my car back from a regular oil change. This felt like a pressure tactic and extremely unprofessional. If there was truly an issue with the part, they should have shown me before touching anything. Instead, I was put in a situation with no choice but to pay more than four times the agreed price. I will never return here and strongly recommend that others avoid this place if you want honest, transparent service.

They have ruined many cars and ripped off a lot of people. I am filing a complaint with the BBB, and I urge everyone to filter out the fake reviews and read the 1-star reviews. If you need your car repaired, please avoid this mechanic shop at all costs. There are many honest and reputable mechanics out there. Do your research and read reviews before you choose a mechanic.

We hired Harvest to take care of my 90 year old mother with lung cancer in our home. We used…read moreHarvest 5 - 7 hours a day, 5 - 7 days a week, from February until October when my mother passed away. Vanria and Tracey run the place, both are extremely nice and very professional. If our care giver was running 15 minutes late, I would always hear from Vanria. If you called for Vanria or Tracey, they always picked up the phone regardless of the day or time I called. We had a primary caregiver 4 - 6 days a week and then a 2nd caregiver 1 - 3 days a week. Primary changed along the way, Zoe, Brittany, and in the end Krystal. Change over 8 months is inevitable and as much as I regretted losing someone we were used to; the next caregiver was as good or better than her predecessor. Joyce was our 2nd caregiver for the additional 1 - 3 days a week over the 8 months. In the end we had Krystal and Joyce taking care of my mother as she transitioned into hospice and end of life. I remember the 1st time Joyce walked into our home with the nicest smile. I knew I liked her before she said a word. Krystal is not only compassionate and caring; she is also very intelligent and adaptable. I think a good caregiver finds her own way to be useful and make things easier for the care recipient and family. We never told Krystal what to do, she knew what to do and did it on her own. When my mother and I had an appointment with mom's oncologist, I liked having Krystal with us and welcomed her input at the appointment. Krystal always remembered pertinent things, that I forgot to mention, and she brought them up to the Dr. Krystal & Joyce were front line and knew better than I what my mom's condition was. Hospice gets tough and the old saying goes when the going gets tough the tough get going. Krystal and Joyce are two tough ladies! Joyce and Krystal both stepped it up as the workload required. More than just being there to help, both are extremely compassionate and caring. I don't recall ever having to ask Joyce or Krystal to do something. Rather they did what was needed without being asked (they knew better than me, what was needed), and often volunteered or asked if they could do more. I guess to sum it up; I can't imagine Krystal or Joyce treating their own mothers any better than they treated my mother. I don't usually write reviews and never to this length; Harvest went above & beyond and deserves the praise.

It worked well until the doc that certifies went to Ohio. I need to get recertified(and pay the money again!) to ask for an increase in my allotment.
