There were two behind the bar, and a couple other folks running the register for the pickup/to-go line and in the kitchen. Yet, I had to wait. Not even an acknowledgement I was there. Then, multiple other people came up and sat at the bar as well. They were provided menus and taken care of first. WTF? Way to not read the room and pay attention to your customers. I did finally get a beer, and had to ask for a second as well, and then just closed the tab because I couldn't believe the decline in service. Based on the reviews, I didn't even consider food service, though I've often eaten their savory crepes and enjoyed them in the past.
