When I noticed a leak on my ceiling I called my Farmers agent and she recommended Outback Roofing and said they were the only company they referred because they were honest & reliable she also said that Chris would let you know the real deal if you needed a new roof or just a tune up! I called and Chris and he was able to come by the same day! Chris went over and explained all the details about my roof and that it needed to be replaced. Chris even came when the adjuster came even though he came an hour sooner. We agreed that the work would be done the following week and everything happened how Chris explained it would the work was finished when promised and Chris did not mind my phone calls with questions he never seemed like I was bothering him! They made this a stress free experience and I was very thankful. I've had a leak more than once near my chimney where it meets the roof. I had thought it resolved but it appeared again. A new roof had been put on about two years ago and so I had my contact from the roofing company come out. It needed to be checked anyway since there had been hail storms. So there was no hail damage and he insisted what I saw on the ceding was a shadow. With all the rain we've had that "shadow" grew. It was time to bring another company in and there were strong referrals for Outback from people I know. There professionalism and amazing communication updates were enough for 5 stars. On top of that they dug into the real cause which turned out to be more than just a roof problem. I don't remember the terminology now but essentially the chimney installation was wrong.
