Moving into our first home and needing the roof replaced was traumatic enough without the hassle of wondering who the heck was going to do it and do it properly. We had people driving past and offering their services (obviously it looked bad !) but we decided to check out all the usual places for some roofing companies. Accurate Roofing seemed to pop out for us with good reviews and we rang for a quote. Dave came out and got up on the roof and confirmed what others had told us. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to us. I liked the fact that he wasn't pushy and enjoyed his job. I am very well pleased with my roofing experience with Accurate Roofing Systems. First, I went strolling down my street and neighborhood to see which roofs I liked the best since I knew it was time to replace mine. I saw a couple I liked and knocked on a door and asked who did their roofing since I loved how it looked, shingles and workmanship. The lady told me it was Accurate Roofing Systems. (BTW, both houses where I liked their roofs, were done by Accurate Roofing Systems). She gave me David's number and that's where it started. David called me back right away. David and his team are awesome! David takes the time to explain what's going on and the steps involved to fix the problem. He truly cares about his clients. My husband and I just bought our house a month ago and it's been one thing after another. This week, the (new within a year or two) roof decided to leak. I called around 4pm on a Thursday afternoon after I found a puddle in one of our rooms and I saw the ceiling was wet. First, David called me back within 5 minutes of calling the main phone number. Talk about speedy service! He said he would be by later that night to check it out after an emergency job for another client. He calls me back 5 minutes later to say he can come now. Again, speedy service! He hops right on the roof to look at the problem and tells me what's going on. He sends a message to one of his guys and says he'll get back to me with the cost. I get the quote a little while later and I know David and his guys gave me a great price. The guys came to tarp the roof that night so the problem wouldn't get worse. I am the pastor of a church and this work was done at the church. Accurate Roofing Systems did some general maintenance to our exterior doors by attaching weather stripping and caulking. They caulked the exterior of our windows. They repaired and fixed our gutters by adding some metal flashing so the water would run straight into the gutters instead of behind the gutters. The attached some clips to secure our gutters to the roof more securely. They made a complete inspection of our guttering system and made the necessary adjustments to make them work properly. They removed and replaced our roof and went above and beyond to add weather gaurd in all needed areas and metal valley where there had been none previously. They were here for about two days.Member Comments: We have used them one other time and they have always been punctual and courteous. They come in and do their work effectively and effeciently. Being a church, it means we have a few people that come around to see what is going on and give some direction. They did not mind the interruptions and continued to do the tasks they were hired to do. The estimates were clear and the discussions we had were honest. Thank You Dave. I would give this company 10 stars if I could. My mother called me after a hail storm in the area and mentioned shingles came off her roof and water was leaking in. After performing an online search for roofing contractors, this company appeared with high ratings on google. I called the main office and the owner immediately answered. I explained the situation to him and he was out at my mothers house within a few hours assessing the damage. After his inspection, he called me back to discuss our options, providing me a detailed explanation of a short-term fix (repair) and a long term fix (roof replacement). The very next day, this company was at my mothers house repairing the damaged roof and within a few weeks, was back doing an entire roof replacement. Now my mother has a brand new roof and most of all, peace of mind. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has any kind of damage to their roof. They are fast, efficient and most of all, took the time to explain the entire process and our options to us very thoroughly. We had 2 new sun tunnel skylights placed in our master bathroom and one in the walk-in closet and they did an immaculate job in fixing those. 02/2013.... We were fortunate to find Dave Avery through a neighbor that Dave had completed a re-roof with. When we started working with Accurate Roofing Systems, Dave Avery promptly provided an excellent and affordable estimate. Dave wasn't the lowest but he was well ahead of the others and he answered all our questions and provided all the necessary documentations. The crew Dave hired was very efficient and had the complete re-roofing job done in one day by 4:00 pm. A couple of weeks went by after the new roof was installed and there were a some issues that we had questions with so we called Dave and he very quickly within a couple of days rectified the issue and placed us both at ease. After the April hailstorms, our neighborhood was filled with 'storm chaser' roofing contractors. I am so glad we didn't use them and used ARS instead. Dave and helper were here when insurance representative came to look at damage. The worked seamlessly with the rep/company. His explained everything that they would do to not only replace the roof, but the gutters, screens, weatherstripping, and did some painting and combed the a/c. One call did it all. He was even able to make some improvements to roofing and gutters and stayed within the insurance estimate. The roofing crew hit the job hard with a crew of at least 15 hard-workers. He gave me a best case and worst case estimate of replacing my leaking roof and within 48 hours the problem was fixed. You can't argue with that.
