Living nearby, I eat at Logans fairly regularly. The food is typically good, never great. The wait, especially on the weekend can be long. Honestly I would rather wait for a table at some of the other steak houses in the area. The atmosphere is typically loud and certainly not very conducive to winding down at the end of the day. The service is hit or miss. Sometimes very good and other times not so much. Although I have nothing particularly bad to say about Logans, I also have nothing particularly good to offer either. A typical chain steakhouse offering an experience only marginally worth the wait and price. read more

You would think making a reservation meant reserving a table for a particular time....that's not what that means to Outback. I'll be honest though, 1 Manager was very nice and apologetic, the other Manager, she was as delightful as the Scrooge! I had a very friendly server that could take an order accurately given I had a few special requests which were all met. She was great at offering different dressings for my salad when I was not sure I wanted to try a new tomato based. It actually was a nice zing/onion flavor and would love to have it again. However, the salad size was ridiculously small and they can offer more for the price. The chicken tenders were fried just how I like them - not too hard, crisp enough, and no stale greasy flavor. They even tasted great the next day without reheating - just taken off refrigeration to take the chill off. The mac and cheese was definitely not worth the upcharge as a side. It had NO flavor whatsoever. The french fries were a nice thicker cut though I would ask for no salt next time. They also had a nicely flavored BBQ sauce that was neither too sweet nor tangy and had a nice consistency so it wasn't dripping all over the place. Overall, okay value for the meal and amount of food. The bread was also a nice treat with warm butter. I leave this review because I love above and beyond customer service. We placed a carry out order and we were very specific we wanted extra honey mustard with our chicken tender meal (it automatically comes with it, but we requested extra). When we got home with the order there was no honey mustard at all. My husband will not eat the chicken without honey mustard. We called the restaurant and spoke with the manager- Gus. Gus hand delivered honey mustard sauces, with a complimentary dessert, to our home within 15 minutes. Incredible customer service! read more

We had the all the shrimp you can eat with steak, my wife ask for her steak to be cook medium they brought it well done. We sent it back and came back raw. They had only three types of shrimp crispy,buffalo, and scampi, the crispy & buffalo had a breading so thick that i couldn't eat it after pulling it off i found the veins in it and it didn't have much flavor. My sisters and I went there (4 total) for a birthday get-together. We used to enjoy meeting there and visiting over good food and atmosphere. Never again. All of us ordered the prime rib which was half fat and 1/4 grizzle which only left 1/4 for eatable meat. Wait staff was nice, but the steaks were so low quality, we will not return. I contacted corp headquarters to bring it to their attention because it really was one of our favorite places to meet and never received any response from them. I even wrote a second time and again no response. I decided then that if corporate doesn't care, then why should I? We will not return and will drive to Fort Worth for steak. read more

Outback Steakhouse in Burleson, TX is by far my favorite Outback location and that says a lot because every Outback experience I have is a great one. From the great steak to the clean bathrooms, I know this location is doing their very best to serve their customers. Even though the steak is what Outback Steakhouse is know for, all their food is pretty darn incredible. The staff were so polite and tended to my every need. To say the least... Dinner last night at the Burleson, TX location was pretty poor. Our server, Andrew was terrible. Asked if we wanted brea - said yes, but never got it. Took forever to get a salad. Mine finally arrived and he said " he would see about the other one." My dad's salad arrived 10 minutes later and our food 30 seconds after that. We had barely started salads. Dad had asked for no onions on his baked potato and it was covered with them. I had ordered garlic filet medallions and asked for between medium rare and medium. It was blue rare. Mashed potatoes ice cold. Andrew asked how our food was as soon as it was placed in front of us. My reply, "we haven't had a bite yet." We never saw him again until he came to take our plates and asked if we wanted separate checks. Thanks for asking if we wanted another glass of wine or dessert.... I should have asked for a manager. There wasn't much of anything right with this meal. It was not busy, plenty of staff working. Very disappointed. read more

I was surprised to see Outback getting such a mediocre rating. I mean, how hard is it to cook steak and a blooming onion? Well I get it now, as the greater challenge at this one apparently is getting it to you. Our server was polite enough, but overall the service was slow, passive, inattentive, and had a couple mistakes. There may not be too many better options for steak in Burleson, but if you're gonna pay somebody else to cook your steak you may just want to drive into FW. read more

I give it 2 stars only because the waitress was pleasant and the drinks were good. Beer/cheese fondue was so watered down that it had little taste and did not stick to the burnt pretzels. No bread was offered & entrees apparently don't come with dinner salads. Vegetables were room temperature with no seasoning. Chicken was okay. I went to eat last night and got awful service. We didn't get bread or drinks till our soup and salads came out. My daughter didn't get her apple juice until our food came out. We ordered dessert and the waiter acted like we were an annoyance. When we left my husband left her bag at the table. He called them and the person at the host stand told him "I'm sorry it's not here." I had to call back 3 times and ask for the manager to find our bag. I am not coming back! It is not often my husband and I get to have a date night. When we entered we asked for a table for 2 was told wait was 10 -20 minutes. I told the young girl that we would wait at the bar. We don't normally drink but we had 1 drink apiece. My husband was parking the car and I again told her we were waiting in the bar. There were 2 tables in the bar that were vacant. They were then taken. I went back to her and asked why we got passed up I was then told that those tables were open seating ( which we were not told). I was then told they came into the bar and called our name 3 times and we were past up. First off we sat in barstools and were watching for them.2 no, you made a mistake (own it). Our waitress seemed to be upset and like we were bothering her. The food was good. It was expensive. As we were leaving the manager was behind me I informed her I was going to make this review. The manager didn't seem to concerned. As I was telling her about the seating the young lady at the podium was glaring me the whole time. We won't be returning. When we do get to get out I really expect to get our $$$$ worth. I did not feel this here. read more

The food is less than impressive. I ordered a chicken fried steak there and it was a cheap frozen kind that I paid $18.00 for. I have ordered their other steaks there before and could never get it cooked the way I wanted, which is well done. I can't imagine a steak place that cannot cook to order.They specialize in cooking steaks and they should be able to cook a steak anyway you want. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend. read more

i worked at this outback for a very shortnice time and i would never suggest u eat there. The health department needs to shut that place down. The bread boards are given straight from one table to another. They r not cleaned between uses. I saw a kid lick butter off a bread board then the serve removed the board put more bread on it and took it to another table. I saw servers drop bread boards on the floor and re use them with out washing them. I can not tell u all the gross thing they do in the kitchen, there is just too many thing to write. The server, managers, and the owner Dave Shleman, eat off ur plate before u get it. They pick fries off and eat them then serve u the rest of them. They stick their fingers in ur pasta to take a piece. Im not lying or embellishing this is the truth! They leave lots of dirty dishs over night so of course the restaurant has roaches! Only a few of the servers ever wash their hands. I worked in resturants for 6 years and have NEVER SEEN ANYTHING SO DISCUSSTING!!! The cheese, butter, and sour cream they put in ur baked potato sits out ALL day next to heat lamps un refrigerated and uncovered. Sour cream is sitting out all day next to heat lamps then being served to you. 100% truth read more

I hope this makes it to the regional manager because the way this restaurant was ran the night of Sunday, July 6th was absolutely unbelievable. From the moment we walked in we were met with an unhappy older female manager who told us that the wait would be over 30 minutes for our table of six due to the fact that she didn't have enough servers to accommodate us. Half the store was empty and it was a little over an hour before closing time. We opted to just sit at the bar top.. The bartender was sweet and pleasant and met us with a big smile and very friendly attitude. We ordered appatizers and as we were waiting 3 young women in what looked to be their pajamas came behind the bar and we're doing a deep clean, I guess. Spraying cleaner everywhere and banging things around as the poor bartender was having to work her way around them. Now comes the kicker-- We could hear the manager in the back talking(yelling) about the six people that went to the bar top and ordered food and how she couldn't believe it. This then made the 3 young women who were deep cleaning that moved to the back to join the conversation as they are all peeking their heads out of the pass out and being very obvious that we were not welcome. To top it off the food was horrible! Horrible... Bad bad bad very very bad. Everything we got was terrible. We are not from the area and we will never be back to your location. I will make it clear to any person that I come across to stear clear of Outback Steakhouse as they clearly do not need business because they treat customers like dirt. my family and I went last weekend ate here. We receive the gift card as a gift and thought it would be nice to go have a nice steak dinner. Normally Outback is a wonderful place to go. When we all got our steaks the meat smelled really bad rancid. We told the waitress and the manager on duty and she said that she was sorry for and would correct the problem immediately and take care of us. I personally didn't want to try another steaks and some meat smells sour and even the manager agreed that she could smell it too. She convinced us to go ahead let us her make us another state and they did. It was better. When we got our check, normal restaurants would have compeda sreak but I guess her idea of taking care of us was to give us are drinks for free. Woohoo. this was a sorry I'm at of responsible managerial duties. Will stick to the one in Arlington. The one in Burleson absolutely sucks, at least the manager does. read more
