I contacted Splash Pool & Spa and they claimed that it was not a warranty problem and that I could buy a new flap for the new pool. Not a way to do business and keep customers happy.

Kerry Martin Pools (KMP) provided a good design but the operational execution of our 2025 pool…read morebuild was poor, causing months of avoidable disruption and extra expense. For a six-figure project, we expected significantly better-quality control and communication. What went wrong: * Utility damage handled negligently: During trenching, sprinkler lines were broken. Instead of temporarily capping/taping and repairing while exposed, crews backfilled over the damaged lines. That decision contaminated the irrigation with sand and buried the break, forcing us to locate and repair the line later at additional cost and time. Broken sprinkler are unavoidable during a pool construction but backfilling the trench with sand before repairs are made is a 100% preventable action. * Pool finish (marcite/plaster) was substandard: Initial plaster work showed uneven corners, rough surfaces, and irregular coloring. After plastering, the pool was filled and turned over as "complete" without the proper representative present to inspect and/or get homeowner sign-off. After extensive complaining, KMP agreed to redo the finish -- the pool was drained and refinished, but discoloration remained in one area and required a second drain/refinish. Multiple re-dos created unnecessary delays and inconvenience. Lawn was extensively damaged from acid wash dump. * Communication & scheduling failures: Crews often arrived without notice, and we received little or no scheduling updates. Homeowners should not have to wonder who will be in their yard or when work will occur. * Project timeline and value: The build stretched many months due to rework and preventable mistakes. For $100K+, the workmanship, oversight, and customer care were substandard. What they did right: * Sales/design team created a good design based on what we wanted. If KMP only provided designs, we would have rated them much higher. What KMP should improve: * Implement on-site protocols to protect, flag, and temporarily isolate damaged utilities during excavation. * Require mandatory quality inspections and homeowner sign-off prior to completing work and filling a pool. * Improve scheduling proactive communications for all activities (including the many subcontractors involved). Set expectations for what will be done and when. * Strengthen plaster/finish quality control and oversight of subcontractors. Bottom line: We would not hire Kerry Martin Pools again based on our experience. While the sales and design team performed well, the operational shortcomings -- preventable utility damage left unrepaired, sloppy plaster work requiring multiple re-dos, and inconsistent communication -- turned what should have been an exciting home upgrade into months of disruption and expense. There are reputable pool builders available in northeast Florida; we recommend researching alternatives carefully.

I had purchased a brand new G.E. refrigerator that was supposed to be a garage ready refrigerator. I purchased the refrigerator in December 2026. While using it for the last 4 months I did not realize at the time that my purchase was actually the wrong model and that it was not a garage ready refrigerator. I didnt realize because it was still cold in my garage so I didnt see any issues at the time. Now the weather has changed and my garage is hot so I was seeing how my refrigerator was struggling to stay cold inside. I own a micro bakery and I use it for many loads of sourdough bread. I called appliance 4 less and told them that I had looked up my refrigerator and that the one they sold me was not the one I had requested. I told them that on purchase I stated that I needed to have and only wanted a garage ready refrigerator. The kind woman did not argue with me and tried to help me. She looked to find me a garage ready refrigerator and told me they did not have one. The customer service I received was amazing especially in today's time you really dont find good customer service anymore but you do here. Because she couldn't find a refrigerator that I needed she offered to refund my money even with it being 5 months that I did use it. I was so surprised and honestly I expected to have many arguments and needing to get my credit card company involved but I didnt have to. I can say this company truly gives the best service its starts from the minute you walk in the door. I even got a free warranty on the refrigerator which was amazing. So if you are looking for an appliance I would not go anywhere else. This is the second purchase that I had made with Appliance 4 less and if I ever need or have someone I know that needs an appliance I will always tell people give appliance 4 less a chance.
