Ron was extremely helpful to my wife and I. We purchased a grill island and we had questions on how to maintain and clean the grill since we felt the manual did not provide sufficient information. For those not familiar with their grills, their burners have ceramic components, which we did not know how to handle. He took the time to explain the proper way to clean the entire grill, and even removing parts to show us how easy that could be accomplished. He also went over additional components we could purchase to add to our existing grill, such as a smoker, griddle and pizza pan. We were very satisfied with the service we received. read more

Had my flat top grill for less than two years. Used it maybe 15-20 times. The grill warped during cooking the last time I used it. While I was cooking, I heard a loud crack / pop, checked the grill and saw that the middle back of the grill warped. This is not like a baking sheet warping on the corners (google warped flat top grill and most images will show the corner), this is the back middle section of the grill and the backsplash like part caving downward. I put in a ticket to Paradise Grill (the company, not the retail store), and they responded back to me the next day asking for more information and photos. Sent them back the same day. Over 50 days later and I have not heard back from them. read more

We loved the experience of purchasing the grill here in the Town Center location. The sales staff was friendly. The delivery was fast and efficient and the quality of the grill and components was also good. There was only one incomplete problem. The cut out for all drawers and doors had a nice lining. The cut out for the refrigerator was raw edged board. We guessed that they had just forgotten the part that outlined the refrigerator to complete the finish. When we called the store, they said, no - you need to purchase the trim piece separately (never was offered or mentioned during the sale). My complaint that the trim around the refrigerator should be included in the package price. This is an unfinished unit and we were very disappointed that the sales staff was not willing to admit they overlooked that on the order. See what you think from the picture below! read more

Inconsiderate and unhelpful customer/delivery service I bought a grill from Paradise Grill to have it ready for a big party. However, the grill from paradise turned out to be more of a grill from hell. I got the grill in Jacksonville with a delivery I was ensured will come in 5 (five days). However, two days before the delivery, the company cancelled the delivery without my knowledge. Even though I called customer service a day before delivery, the manager Daisy and the staff Kelsey did not attempt to help. With a complete disregard for customer satisfaction, the only information I got is that this is the company's protocol, and even if I am not getting my grill delivered, all sales are final. No grill, no money back! I was forced to accept a later delivery date. I called and emailed multiple times to get a new time window, expecting at least now, after one very disappointing service to be treated better. But no, I was told the company does not give a timeframe, but just that I was the third stop. The third stop meant a delivery a bit before 6pm. If you are in the market of buying a grill do more research and do not be fooled by the company's website. It has the worst customer service and remember; they are the ones that provide your warranty for ten years! Good luck with that! read more

Ordered a premium grill on Memorial Day weekend(May 30th) and was told 1-2 weeks possibly 3-4 weeks for delivery. Delivery scheduled for 29 July after I had to call around and find out where my grill was. Turns out, deliveries to Jacksonville from the main store in Orlando hasn't happened. Less than 1 year: cooler keeps shorting and is oxidized, electric does not work, burner rusting and staining front. NOT HIGH-END QUALITY BUT HIGH-END PRICES. Don't get me started on installation hassles and forgotten parts. I had to call and wait 5 times. NEVER AGAIN! read more

I've had a very difficult time with customer service and follow through since the sale. I have made 3 phone calls trying to find out when my grill might be delivered. Each phone call was met with the comment similar to "we will get right back to you", but it's not happened. I don't want to sound mean but I hope that the actual product is better than the customer service. I'm not trying to be funny, I sincerely mean this. The people with whom I've met are very, very nice, but somehow perhaps the overall business-structure does not allow them to perform well on customer service or follow through. read more

We bought a $21K unit and it was supposed to be delivered on 2/26/21, then moved to 3/2/21, then 3/5/21, then 3/8/21 and now 3/18/21. They also called us to get our final payment two different times and can never locate our file when we call. We've spoken with one higher up who says their customer service and organization is terrible. If we could cancel it and get our money back we would. We live in such a broken world and it's so sad that companies like this exist. read more

Stay away! Beyond horrible customer service. We finally had to open a case with the Better Business Bureau to get a response. When they finally sent a service team out it was discovered our grill had wrong parts from the factory which caused a build up of propane and the grill would not get hot. Major safety issue that did result in a fire, thankfully nobody was injured. Would not recommend buying anything from this company. read more
