After about 30 hours of YouTube review videos, I was still stuck. I visited a few other shops closer to me in Nashua. To my surprise, these other places wouldn't let me try anything before buying, even just to feel it. They told me, "some people love Toro's personal pace, others hate it". Not exactly comforting when they won't let you try something. With the threat of 30%+ restocking fees, I wasn't taking the gamble. Then I found these guys. I visited the shop, they put some gas in one for me, I pushed it about 10 feet, and they earned my business because of it. Buddy was the employee who helped me and he was extremely friendly and not pushy at all. Thanks Buddy!
