Called Greg to repair my broken Kenmore washer. Arrived on time,, fixed the problem promptly. Cost was a little higher than I would have liked, but what isn't these days. I'm a handy guy, and could probably have fixed it myself, but I'm just getting too old, and I already let it go too long. Had our gas oven's ignitor replaced. Nice guy, good service/value.not sure how many more characters are needed to make this believable.

I don't think ANOTHER bad review will really make much a difference, but Greg, the Owner of this "company" is very condescending, rude and luckily I rent an apartment that uses this company so I didn't have to pay for it because I wouldn't of paid for this service. First of all, he doesn't he bother wiping his feet when I have a door mat right at the door. I will attach pictures of the mess this guy made on my floor. I work from home and I originally told my landlord they could come anytime before 11:30 or after 1:30. My landlord calls me back saying they will come after 1:30. Great... Or so I thought. He shows up at 11:30 and I explained to him that I already received a call back from landlord confirming you would be here at 1:30. He basically laughed and said "well I'm here now" as if I'm supposed to now rearrange my schedule around him. So I went in the other room and tried to continue the Skype meeting I was on and then he starts yelling to get my attention. I explained to him the problem with my stove is INTERMITTEN. Most the time it wont light unless you take a flame to it, such as a match or a lighter. He got it to work when he was here and not even 20 minutes later I go boil some water to make myself a tea, same issue. I explained this to him, he couldn't care less. I told him I didn't appreciate the mess he made of my floor, nor his wise ass remarks. He left my house "threatening to never come back" Buddy.. Don't threaten me with a good time... You will never be allowed in ever again. My father is a business owner. He would never in a million years treat his customers like this. read more

The owner is terrific with a lot of experience in all makes of appliances due to his many years in his business and his pricing is very reasonable. We have used his services for multiple appliance problems over the past 35 years in our Haverhill home. I called a day before and said our gas stove was not heating up and he came over the very next day and fixed the problem! I have used him in the past many times and I HIGHLY recommend Greg since we have always been very satisfied with his expertise and his motivation to fix the problem correctly the first time! read more

Worst customer service and repair company I have ever dealt with. We would NEVER, ever RECOMMEND or use them again. We had a problem with our ice maker and had them come to repair the leak. The gentleman allegedly determined the problem and repaired it. We paid $146.25 for that repair. The problem was not fixed so we called them less than one month later and the same repairman came, he couldn't remember what he had repaired on the freezer, so I walked him through what he had done. We were charged $115.56 for that day. Less than a week later we called to say it was still leaking. We were told rather irately by them that we needed to let all the ice melt that was backed up and that would take some time. Fast forward, we still have the problem with our ice maker leaking so we call them back. Same repairman comes to our home. We just paid $159.38 for the new ice maker we obviously needed on our first visit. Shame on us, for using them again, but we explained this to their management and we expected that the management would see that they should take care of the situation that was clearly misdiagnosed on the first trip. read more

I called them once to see if they had a part. Very rude woman on the phone. She acted as though I was inconveniencing her to place an order. When I came to pick up the part, she was very inconsiderate and blunt about their return policy. Their prices are not very competitive, and their store is an absolute dump. So, in short, bad pricing, bad customer service, dumpy store. I would have to surmise they won't be in business for much longer. read more

Their prices nor service are any better than the largest appplianpl stores. In fact I found the service and care very sub par. Their delivery crew scratched my doors, walls and floors. Some of these gouges were deep in the floor. I have not experienced that destructive of a delivery in 40 years. But what sealed my view was when I called the owner to complain, his response and I kid you not. "If you felt that my crew was going to cause damage, why did you us in" Exact words......shocking.....and funny in a sick way. The owner really blamed me, and he never ever called back, or apologised. Never offered to replace. They did come and do their best to fix the scratches but the damage was too extensive.....we just put some rugs over the hardwood floors. So at this store, smaller is WORSE, MUCH WORSE, at least here. read more

Greg Foucault Appliance, LLC was sent to us by Electrolux as a warranty service provider (contractor). The technician did not fix the original problem (condensed water) , but introduced new one. Now, our refrigerator constantly keeps freezing non stop. We are forced to switch it off manually from time to time, to keep the inside temperature reasonable. Manager on the phone was rude and refused to follow up with the needed repair. read more

Horrible. We used this company as it was listed through our home warranty company as the partner for a dryer repair. First, GF Appliance insists they've never heard of our warranty company (really strange, but fine- luckily I got the warranty service $ back). Second, we paid the repairman $160 for a service and small part. Then he didn't have the rights tools with him to finish the repair but he would be back later that week to finish. I called several times to follow-up as to when he would be back- over the course of a month. The representaitve kept saying she would ask and get back to me, then they basically ghosted me. In the end, a month and a half later, they say that they don't even do that type of repair, and that they usually refer the remaining issue to another company? So now I am paying another company for a service fee and repair. Received no value from this company- just a waste of my time from all the follow-ups and a waste of $160. read more

Do NOT buy appliances from this company. It has been five years since I hired them to repair my dryer and my home insurance has gone up every year to pay for their mistake of setting my house my on fire. They replaced a belt in my dryer and the service man said good news and bad news. The good news is I replaced the belt the bad news is its OK you just have to live with the squeak.Well that squeak turned into a dryer fire which destroyed my basement and all its contents.I called Foucault appliance they would not return my calls and Foucault was at fault. The insurance company took our depositions and said they would go after Foucault Appliance but they never did. My home owners insurance has gone from 850 to this year 1700 by no fault of my own. I guess it was cheaper to raise my insurance then to take this dirt bag company to court. beware stay away from this dirt bag company. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Hired them to install a dishwasher and it was nothing but drama and a can't do attitude followed by them damaging my kitchen. The owner is unprofessional and rude. Very friendly service that we have used multiple times. The $99 initial service call charge is not ideal but we are a very busy family and this is the preferred alternative to spending my weekends dismantling and trying to diagnose problems myself. read more
