Now as far as the lawn goes, they did a great job cleaning up all the leaves scattered about, cut down part of an overgrown tree and moved the large logs, weeded my front and backyard near the house, trimmed the bushes in front so they look less ridiculous, and cleared everything out by our tree line. Originally gave me a quote, and provided me with his "insurance", but never called me back and hasn't returned my phone calls. I believe the insurance he provided was for lawn care, and wasn't designed to cover tree removal; and when I asked about this he stopped returning my calls. In our last conversation he implied he would have the insurance confirm it was for tree removal after the weekend on the first business day, but as it turns out, now he's ghosting me. Made me waste a week thinking I found a company to do the work I required. I could have spent that time looking for a company that could do the work. Basically multiple reviews for his former business echo this sentiment. This is why he renamed his business from Hillcrest to Hill.
