Now as far as the lawn goes, they did a great job cleaning up all the leaves scattered about, cut down part of an overgrown tree and moved the large logs, weeded my front and backyard near the house, trimmed the bushes in front so they look less ridiculous, and cleared everything out by our tree line. I believe the insurance he provided was for lawn care, and wasn't designed to cover tree removal; and when I asked about this he stopped returning my calls. In our last conversation he implied he would have the insurance confirm it was for tree removal after the weekend on the first business day, but as it turns out, now he's ghosting me. Made me waste a week thinking I found a company to do the work I required. I could have spent that time looking for a company that could do the work. The same day we received the estimate (which was fantastic), they were able to schedule the work. They did a tremendous job trimming branches off of about 10 trees. He listened to our concerns and did exactly what we needed. Not only were the trees trimmed and large branches and dead trunks removed, they raked the entire area and took every piece of debris with them and also helped with a couple of extra issues. By the time they left, aside from the property looking so much better, it looked like a ghost did the work. There wasn't one single branch left in the yard.
