This location has a bouncy house, climbing wall, indoor ball pit, slide, climbing gym, and a three-and-under area for my young toddler daughter. I wanted to take more pictures but there were many kids around so respecting privacy- some of my angles are cropped weird to cut them out. Did the best I could! Anyway, it was time well spent. It was clean, there was a gate so the kids can't sprint out. Only complaint is there isn't anywhere for strollers to go except unattended at the front door, any passerby could access it. The passes included half off food, which made it super affordable to feed the whole family. Per our girls the wings are "bussin". I like the salad bar myself, always fresh. Over the summer we noticed a good rotation of new games, which kept things interesting. At times they can seem short staffed, but so is every place these days, so we practice patience and appreciate the hard work of the staff that is there to make sure everyone has a good time. Just finished up our youngest's 5th birthday party, and things couldn't have been better. Our party host paced things just right, and it's so nice to not have to worry about set up and clean up. While I was out of town for work, my husband hosted my daughter's party at this location, and the experience was very disappointing and unprofessional. The play place was cold, and we did not receive a private host as advertised. We paid and booked for an extra hour, which was not provided. We were also promised a refund, but it was never issued, despite multiple follow-ups. Several advertised amenities were not available: No popcorn machine as advertised -- only pre-bagged popcorn Pizza was not prepared in advance and was ordered from Domino's at the end of the party, causing delays We reached out to the owner multiple times via calls, emails, and messages in an attempt to resolve these issues, but no resolution has been provided. Communication has been poor, and the situation remains unresolved. This was a special event for our child, and the lack of professionalism and follow-through was extremely disappointing. Please contact me to issue the promised refund. I have documentation and have sent several messages already.

There's a gigantic bouncy castle. It's all enclosed so for the most part, mom friend and I can sit and talk. Probably the only negative was most of the bathroom being out of order. The changing table had a "do not use" sign which is hard. It's also more expensive than nearby options like "lil bunny" in Robinson mall. Otherwise, it was clean and well maintained; kids all said they had a great time after we left.

We arrived at 3:00 and were told the information provided was incorrect. This information left us with a very sad (and teary) toddler. The team member on site was unconcerned and walked away. We reached out to the site manager and we're treated in an equally as dismissive manner. When dealing with children, a business should not change times and give bad information. A very bad experience.
