When I went to pick them up, the fella who finally came over to help me couldn't find them. Jon then came over and pointed out that they were in plain sight sitting on his desk. I had a lot more work for Jon and he completely ghosted me. And that's that, I am sorry to say. The turnaround on the business cards was good; the price was just ok. I have moved on to another South Bay small business print shop and they have been far more attentive.

There were certain options which I thought about doing which he said he might not recommmend (but totally up to me) because it may not be worth it so I knew he wasn't trying to oversell me anything. I had done a lot of research and compared about 6-7 local stores and I ended up choosing Burtex and I'm glad I did. I had a set budget and he was willing to work with me and the pricing was competitive. I ended up doing a full body PPF wrap with window tints and my car came out perfect! I was very happy with how it came out. They were on schedule and the car was completed by the date they promised. Kyrylo even answered all my questions several weeks later on how to take care of the car/detailing so it shows they take the time to care for you even after the project had been completed. I will definitely refer all of my friends who want wraps done to come see him.

I told him when I was going to pick up my car in the morning. He said to just come by and drop off my car. He was so nice and walked me through the different tint options. The tint on the moonroof of the model Y isn't dark enough to prevent glare. So he suggested the perfect tint that will provide enough to prevent glare and some heat protection. Also he suggested tint shades for the side and front & rear windows. It took about 5-6 hours. Loved the way it came out. Fresh Window Tint is a family run business. His son and nephews do the work. Great work and friendly service. Highly recommend.

He works close by this place and told me to visit to see if I'd like it. I had no prior knowledge about this place, and what they'd be able to do with my car. Needless to say I walked out with a whole wishlist estimate for the things to be done to my car in the future, and a much more knowledgeable outlook! The office looked so cool, it was like a car museum. Doug was so patient, and it honestly felt like I was talking to my father since he would explain and tell me what things would do what, how it works, and what results they'd be. He toured us around the shop and it looked so so cool! He also showed us the cars they're currently working on and I can already tell they're very passionate about all the cars. He knows it's out of my price range to do everything at once at the moment, but he still took the time to explain everything to me in detail, and told me to take my time and do it one by one if I wanted to. Utterly blown away by this company…read more Went to a body shop to repaint a door on my brand new 4Runner that was damaged by a roofing crew. The body shop color matched the paint perfectly, however, they wrecked the clear coat either during the washing process or the polishing process (or both). I've learned that this is common with body shops. They are paint experts, not clear coat experts. There was extremely heavy swirling and a hazy patch that was about 7 square inches in size. It looked like the paint on the door could not be saved and the body shop was trying to pardon themselves of the poor work with the clear coat. I frantically looked for a paint corrector with a brick and mortar location (non-mobile). I found Concours Auto Spa and they restored they literally fixed the clear coat. Door looks amazing. The pictures do not do the job justice. If you look carefully, you can see heavy scuffing in the first picture. In the second picture there is no scuffing.

If you are heading north on Normandie from the Sams Club & McDonalds corner, the shop is at the same plaza where the liquor store is located on the left of 168th Street. You can also enter the parking lot from Brighton Avenue at the back between 169th and 166th. Plenty of things to do around the area if you plan to wait while they work on your car. More than anything, the customer service here is above and beyond superb. They have been extremely kind and helpful since I contacted them. Once you get there, the employees are very friendly and easy to chat with. Choose any of the colors (they have a large amount of options) of the vinyl to wrap your car with.
