Instead of helping…read moreresolve the issue, the company claimed FedEx attempted to contact the consignee (which did not happen) and then informed us that the shipment was sent for destruction under their policy. To be clear: The package was never delivered, there was no proof of contact, and yet the solution was to destroy the order and offer no replacement and no refund. Shipping issues happen. What matters is how a company responds. Quality Patches chose to hide behind internal policy rather than take responsibility or advocate for their customer. That alone speaks volumes about how they operate when problems arise. Buyer beware: if anything goes wrong with shipping, this company will not stand behind their product, and the customer absorbs the loss. We will not be using them again and strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
