I ordered the Supreme and specifically asked for no mushrooms because I really dislike both the taste and smell of them. My son's pizza came out first, and when mine came out afterward, it was covered in mushrooms. The employee who brought it over could immediately tell something was wrong and asked if there was something on it that wasn't supposed to be. I told her I had ordered it without mushrooms. She basically said, "Oh, sorry," and that was it. No offer to remake it, replace it, or correct the order in any way. Mistakes happen. I completely understand that. What I don't understand is recognizing that a customer received something different from what they ordered and then making no attempt to fix it. I wasn't going to make a scene, so I waited for my son to finish eating, took my pizza to go, and gave it to my mother-in-law because I wasn't going to eat it.
