The staff is always pleasant, the toppings are generous, and the crust hits that perfect balance--soft on the inside with a crunchy exterior. I especially love that they offer green olives; hardly anyone does, and it makes their pizza stand out even more. I don't think we'll be coming back here. When calling in and placing the order the gentleman that answered the phone was very blan and not very good customer service skills at all. Didn't even sound somewhat excited to be at work or to take the order.young lady working to didn't seem enthusiastic much. Inside needs some cleaning and remodeling.. a few things broken. Not very appealing. Pizza definitely look and smelled good but not worth a second trip. Not much marinara sauce just mostly cheese and a thin layer at that. Wings had a decent taste but very oily. I am sure many people are overpaying as the websites lists their salads at 6.99 but when you use the app they overcharge you $3.00 per salad. So far our favorite pizza in Seguin! Great crust and ample toppings. The salad was enough for two meals. Lots of meat and cheese. This salad put chain pizza establishments to shame. Same with the pizza. I got more toppings on our pizzas than when I upgrade with chain pizza chain. Ordered online and pizza was ready when I got there. Pizza is decent. Not Little Caesar's, which I totally appreciate a break from, and not necessarily anything to write home about. I prefer the thinner crust that Rosie's makes, and all in all, I have nothing to complain about. Service is fast and adequate, if not friendly. read more

Very unprofessional business from the attitude, appearance and non-proffisionalism of the staff. The area looks dirty and unsanitary. There always seems to be a discrepancy or flat out argument from numerous customers that have placed orders only to find them incorrect or not ready at all upon arrival. Customer service training and or a dress would be a plus. I don't think there is much that can be done about the bad attitudes, starting with the manager. I recall photos of maggots on pizzas being posted online at this location. The logo was changed - I suppose in an effort to re-brand after the unsanitary conditions were exposed. Kudos for the effort - but it's money wasted if rude personnel is continuously hired. A person by the name of (allegedly) SAVANNA is one of the most egregious when it comes to being condescending to customers. She must be related to the person that hires or owns this company. read more

Rosies is a Seguin staple and their pizzas are a good fast pickup when your out of steam to cook. Unlike the big box, prefab pizza places, this keeps a small town feel and is always busy. Ingredients are fresh and the pizza is good to the crust, plus they are great for large group orders. I strongly recommend them and support the local businesses. Ew. I used to LOVE their pizza, always had a pleasant time with the gentlemen who answered the phone. They seemed to have changed owners or something in the past few months, fine I guess. Until I called Sunday for a pizza, immediately the women who answered the phone had an attitude, rushed me through the order, and when I asked to pay over the phone, she said "No you can pay when you get here, I need a name" ... the toppings were wrong when we received the pizza. Use to be good however the quality of the food and the customer service has diminished. The last 2 times we purchased pizza the orders were wrong and when we called to inform management the manager asked how did he know we were not trying to get a free pizza. As far as taste the food is hit or miss. It used to be consistently good. The service used to be good as well. If something was wrong they would make it right, but rarely were they wrong. The past few times I have been the order has been wrong, and when I say something they have attempted to upcharge me to correct it. And not by just the additional topping price, but by a whole new pizza price. Don't look up when you go in, ceiling tiles are falling apart directly above the line where your food is made. I don't know what happened to this place, it used to be a place I would recommend to people looking for a good pizza. Saddens me to see it going downhill. read more

I passed by Rosie's almost everyday and I finally decided to get it a try. And wow! I am kicking myself for not trying their pizza sooner. It's pretty good and pretty cheap. They have only one crust, thin crust. A large pepperoni and a side of pizza sauce cost less this than $6. It was easy for me to eat the whole pizza, but I was pretty hungry at 9 pm. Their store was nice and clean, even behind the counter. The only downside is that the side of pizza sauce was served cold. read more

Called in my order and they didn't have it ready 30 minutes after I called. I even showed the gentleman at the counter my phone to verify when I call. Then, they let about 10 other people in front of me. Not only did they rush me off the phone while I was still talking, my order was lost and no record of it was found when I came to pick it up.
