Driving back from Vegas, we stopped by at the outlet at Barstow on 8/8/22. This is a regular stop for us coming in and out of vegas. This location has changed so much. Barely any women clothes store. Mainly shoes stores and purse stores. I guess if you're into those then this is a good place for you. I come for clothes so I'm a bit disappointed that this place barely have those specialty stores. Old Navy was even expensive! They have a clearance area but still expensive. Luckily they still offer AAA discount if you spend $75 or more, you get 15% off your total bill. At least some discount. I hope they bring back more stores in the future. We love the many different fast food options. Something for everyone. Also, lots of parking is great. We also appreciate the clean restrooms. read more

Unlike most people I was not on my way to Las Vegas when I checked this place out for the first time. I actually drove here specifically to shop. Some of the stores I liked and made purchases included Columbia, Guess, Tumi and Calvin Klein. These stores had much lower prices than the Camarillo Outlets I usually go to. I was impressed by the modern, clean and bright outlook of the property. This was a great weekday shopping experience. I will definitely be returning. According to a Calvin Klein employee about 80% of the revenue stores make is generated by bus tour passengers on vacation. There's so many tour buses coming in/out that they have designated motor couch parking including motor couch unloading/loading zones. read more

Outlet store's employees very nice except the Lacoste store - Don't know why the employee said I'm not allowed to go to the dressing room while 4 dressing room available. So I came to conclusion he didn't want the $120 pair of joggers to be sold or the way I look he thinks I don't have money. Like so many outlets, there's a ton to see here... and likely, a bunch of sales. The pros include convenient location right off the freeway, good selection of store brands, and sale pricing that is acceptable. Cons are that the sale prices here are okay but not enough for me to say, "Wow!" Maybe I hit it on an off week, but it's the New Years Holiday season and I figured it would reflect in the prices. I mean anyone can inflate their normal prices enough to have a 60% off sale and really not be too big of a discount from fair market pricing. Since there's more pros than cons, and because it's fun to get out and shop here, I would say you should stop and shop here. read more

Took another day trip to Stateline, NV yesterday on 03/30/2019 & Outlets at Barstow was our rest stop!!!! of my Fav Rest stops on the way to Stateline, Nevada for day trips/mini vacays is here @ the Barstow Outlets. I decided to stop @ the Barstow Outlet to walk off energy, shop around & chow down some food before takin' off again. Now I normally don't shop jewelry but who doesn't want to spend $$ when it's @ least 50% off or 75% off @ a super upscale jeweler such as Swarovski?! This was the ONLY store my mom & I shopped & bought stuff because we found actual great quality jewelry, being patriots as we are, 'Made In USA' products were what we proudly purchased. Now since this is a smaller outlet than that of Cabazon, CA., the food court was seemingly small too. Even though the food court was small, the delectable items we ordered were very sumptuous & very mouth-watering. Pricing was very reasonable here inside the Food Court. Can't wait for the next day trip here!!!! Will see you next time, Barstow Outlets!!!! And the crowds aren't much here, so you get alllll the space here to shop till you drop!!!! read more

Cool little outlet all the way out here in the desert. A lot of tourist on the weekend and can get busy. Weekdays are not as busy. A lot of people usually stop by here on the drive from Vegas/Cali. Good little town with gas and food. Might as well do some shopping while you're here. A lot of parking available. Good deals in many stores. Look for holiday deals as well. On the way to Las Vegas from CA we stopped at the outlets for rest and shopping. They have a good selection of brand names , not extensive like Las Americas, but some brand names like Columbia. Nike, Ecco. Tommy hilfiger, Michael Kors etc. are here to shop. During Covid they have restricted rest rooms and therefore expect long queues. Good place to stock up on clothing and also buy some food . read more

This is a really nice outdoor mall for those driving between Vegas and Southern California. It's nice in the winter when the sun is out, but can be hot in the summer. The stores offer really good deals around holidays and you can find many of the discounts listed on the Outlet's webpage. They have gender-neutral restrooms that are great in theory, but severely limit the flow of bathroom traffic. ;-) Figure the wait for these precious few toilets into your shopping time. read more

Spacious parking. Mini food court was a nice option to dash into while traveling. Food court was clean and there was someone mopping as well. Food court has options for hot dogs, juice & coffee, ice cream, sub king, and pizza outlet. I opted for a personal cheese pizza. It was super cheesy! Devon and his wife were super friendly, informative, and helpful. Great customer service!! Made the quick lunch a nice experience. read more

Off the 15 fwy and Lenwood Rd in Barstow. There a few stores and good amount of parking. They have a small food court. Good thing it's indoors so no need to be out in the heat during summer time. We went on a random Wednesday, on the way back from Vegas. I haven't been here in a long time and it seems that the outlet seemed to be bigger back in its hey day. Some part of the outlet closed down and only one area is open for shopping. One end is a small food court and the other end is Columbia. There are a lot of family restrooms throughout the outlets and it's clean!! So that's a plus and there are still stores that'll make you want to pull over, stretch your legs, and maybe do a quick shopping while you're on the road. Some of the stores we went to: Kate Spade, Asics, Nike, and Reebok. Other stores that I remember passing, not mentioned above: Coach, and Sunglass Hut... there are other stores as well but I don't recall at the moment. read more

They upgraded the stores here since they first built this outlet. No longer a Tanger outlet. On Black Friday, it was the most packed I have ever seen it. There are usually no cars here on the way to Vegas. Good deals but the lines were to crazy to stay and shop. read more

If you saw one outlet mall, you've seen it all. The only difference is that this place is located in the middle of a desert and hundreds of East Asian tourists are bussed in from Las Vegas to spend cash on stuff that was made in East Asia. Hmmmm...quite a great scam. If you are coming from LA not LV, and you don't know this place, there will be a Outlet Mall Road and you might take it. No biggie, it's a nice drive towards the unknown as you guess which direction to go. OR...take the next exit after that - where you can actually see the Outlet Mall. The place - as I took the first exit - kind of reminds me of a scene as you drive into the main road of Radiator Springs (yes...CARS reference.). A small set of buildings, gradually get taller and smaller buildings start to pop up as well. Huge welcome signs start to grow in the distance and Americana is stuffed right into your face. Every imaginable fast food joints, some hotels, a defunct and closing down factory outlet to the right and the brand spanking new Outlet to the left. The shops are standard. Places you will find at a "Mills" branded outlet place. Unlike all those who believe otherwise, the prices are the same too. The sales at one outlet is usually the same at another outlet. No matter how obscure the location may be. What is also the same is a bunch of crazy East Asian shoppers taking everything that they can get their hands on at the Tumi store. Coach had a take an extra 60% off your shopping but they then don't discount the products first. So many confusing little things make you want to walk out - I did. Is it worth the drive to Barstow if you are in LV/LA area? Not really. If you have nothing better to do and want to drive through the high desert cause it's just there and you think gas was cheap? This is the newer shopping center, just off of the freeway (the older one is in the back- years ago, this was the only shopping option). There is a visiting center, a food court, and clean bathrooms (in several locations). This is pretty much in the shape of a square-shaped horseshoe. There is lots of parking available. Old Navy is on one end, while Coach is on the opposite side (also has a Men's Coach store, BTW). It is clean and we did see two cleaning people around, as well. We did see a homeless man towing a cart, but we also saw a police officer nearby in an SUV. There were buses (asian customer tours- the stickers on the people's shirts were tell-tale signs) parked in the back of the shopping center (like I said, there is a ton of parking). We visited the following: the food court, the bathrooms in the food court, Old Navy, Fossil, Nike, Loft, and Coach. There is also Gap, Reebok, Kate Spade, & Gymboree. It was a nice stop, coming from Southern California, on our way back home, to NV as I got lucky with a couple of pairs of bottoms (which is not really easy for me to find). I would suggest going to Chipotle, for reliable good eats, which is nearby, as Chipotle is a favorite of ours, maybe yours too? read more

It was a must stop for us when we drove from LA to Vegas along with the In N Out, but the last few Vegas trips we just blew past this place. We did stop by this time to check it out and it's a lot smaller than I thought. If you're use to the Cabazon outlet or Camarillo, then this is a tiny outlet. Thai place has gone down hill. They have lost a lot of good stores and it's mostly catered to tourists. There are very little if any men's clothing stores and it's mostly bags and shoes. Not sure why they don't have van Hussen or any tea men's stores. Time to go elsewhere. read more

The outlet itself is nice. Clean and plenty of parking. The food court is not good. Just a couple of options and not very good. The upside is there are plenty of restaurants and fast food nearby. The prices inside the stores are very high. Which was pretty disappointing. I thought with the location of the mall the prices would be reasonable. They have family restrooms, that are well maintained and clean. There is a small food court and a handful of vending machines through out property. They have limited amount of children's stores or options. Old Navy, Sporting goods store(Colombia), and Guess had children clothing options. This place was a nice pit stop on the way to Las Vegas. They had quite a few good stores here. The parking was great and you didn't have to walk too far to get from your car to the store. The bathrooms were very clean and very nice. Access from the highway was very easy and not out of the way at all. If you are going from Los Angeles to Las Vegas this place is definitely worth a stop even if you just want to stretch your legs. read more

Hugo boss was horrible, the worst customer service we've had ever received in a store, the lady "helping" us took forever to bring the shoes for us to try it, at the moment she brought it, the manager said "Sorry, it's 6 pm we are closed now, you have to leave", we didn't even have the chance to try the shoes, we were there for 30 min and 25 out of those 30 min we were waiting for the shoes to try in it. Now for the overall view of our shopping experience an Tanger... We stopped by this outlet center as we were making our way to Vegas. It was a spur of the moment trip, which started as a coffee date in Beverly Hills. So we were in need of some essentials before getting to Vegas and checking into a hotel. We came here in the early evening, and the place was not busy at all. Granted, it was a few days after NYE, so most people were still recovering from that. Parking was not a hard find. We went to six different stores, some for me, and some for her. The small indoor food court was closed, save for the restrooms. The restrooms were clean, and I was the only one using them at the time. This shopping center is long, with drinking fountains found intermittently along the storefront pathway. The place is well kept, from what I saw, and there was a good variety of stores here. I don't shop at outlets often, as I'd rather pay full price for the convenience of shopping close to home. But I can say is that if you happen to find yourself here, you'll find things you like. It what you'd find at Del Amo or the South Bay Galleria, but less pricey. read more

Random but The reviews will mostly be based on the restrooms lol The restroom we went to was the family restrooms that were individual rooms (next to the California welcome center). I think there were about 3-4 individual rooms. They didn't have a men/women stall restrooms in the area. It was really clean, spacious, private, and perfect, especially from all the traveling we did. We definitely needed a private place lol Other than the restrooms, the outlet seems like a typical outlet with similar stores as what you're probably used to. I think everyone who lives in So. Cal. or southern Nevada knows these outlets. This is the biggest outlet mall I have ever seen. Tons of stores. It's actually gotten so big that it is now a tourist destination. Yep, people actually travel here or make a point to visit this place. There are some decent deals here. I have purchased clothing and shoes here. It's convenient if you forget good walking shoes or a swim suit for your trip to Vegas. Be warned, in the summer it is HOT out here. This is also a good place to stop if you want a bite and a rest on your trip. There's a bunch of food places including In-N-Out, Del Taco, The Habit, Tommy's Burger, Jack in the Box, and a couple food courts. read more

Oh, how the (somewhat) mighty have fallen. This used to be a somewhat mandatory stop on the way out to Vegas. Outlets were not all that fancy, and this smallish collection of stores was a good place to pick up brand merchandise on the cheap(ish). Now it seems small and sad, with none of the higher end stores that you find in the premium outlets. Sure, there is a GAP, a Coach store and an UGG outlet, but nothing really high end stuff. Even the food court advertises a couple of eateries but it is just one guy behind the counter getting your pizza, burgers, hot dogs or ice cream. read more

Love this place! Always stop here while on my way to/from Las Vegas, just off the interstate 15. Plenty of parking, good choice of stores (Nike, GAP, Old Navy, Calvin Klein, Coach etc. ). Much smaller than all other outlet center but enough to spend an hour or two shopping. read more
