Pretty nice outlet, aesthetically. The restrooms are also very nice, clean and has a little lounge area as well. This is a great place to go to if you're looking for athletic gear/wear as there are a lot of the big sports gear names here. Ample amount of parking around. And the lot closest to Nike is a great place to take pics of your car especially when the sun is about to set. read more

The outlets here are easy to find and there is ample parking here. The stores are great but they need some better stores here. There's only a small handful of good shop-able stores and everything else are stores that I've never heard of before which sucks because with an outlet name, you'd figure they have the same stores like at Carlsbad or Citdel. read more

I always pass this outlet when I'm driving to San Diego and was excited to finally stop by. I was pretty disappointed that there weren't THAT many shops to shop at compared to The Citadel, Cabazon, or Camarillo ... and that there wasn't even a Kate Spade or Michael Kors (but that's my personal preference). Really clean, spacious and brightly lit outdoor mall. Lots of parking! Super dog friendly - which actually makes me shop there more as I can bring my well behaved pup right into the store. They even have water bowls outside many of the ships front doors. There are various stores to choose from: footwear, clothing, accessory, trinkets, and food/snacks. Really wish they had more restaurant/bar choices. That is the biggest drawback. However, I think they are slowly adding those and even a theater in the near future. This is the best mall I've been too. It's not the biggest, nor does it have the most stores as it's fairly new, but the beauty, cleanliness, and nice atmosphere of the place mixed with quality stores makes it one of the best malls/outlets to visit. I'm amazed by how nice this place is and how much potential it has to get even bigger. Highly recommend everyone to visit this mall. PS - THEY HAVE THE NICEST BATHROOMS EVER!!! We spotted the Outlets at San Clemente from I-5 and we are so glad we stopped! Beautiful, airy, open-space mall with abundant covered and uncovered parking and ocean views. Several reviews have mentioned the bathrooms, and I have to as well--they are SERIOUSLY luxuriously nice, with an attached lounge. The whole mall is clean with contemporary vibes. Nice greenery and some fun Instagram-able backdrops. Definitely worth a visit. Sales people were friendly and positive. Dog-friendly as well! read more

We love to hang out, enjoy the lovely breeze and affordable shopping at the San Clemente Outlets. I think going to the Outlets is more of an escape from the hot weather, busy traffic and crowded shopping centers in Irvine. It's nice to find lots of space, cool sea breeze and less crowds, not to mention live musical performance by aspiring artists at the Outlets. I also love the architecture of the place and how it's connected via two unique bridges. Some of our favorite stores are Levi's, Van Heusen, Nike, H & M and of course, Starbucks. There are over 60 stores and restaurants for every taste and preference. BTW, the restrooms are also super awesome and clean... Find your store next time you shop at the Outlets. read more

5 Stars for the appearance of the place and honestly like 1 star for the stores. I think it's still developing but hopefully they'll have better stores here soon. The only store that was worth walking into was Papaya. They don't have a lot of the Outlet basics like Coach, Michael Kors etc. We came when there was a Barks and Brew event and there were a lot of cute dogs around! Give it a year or so and I hope this place will attract better vendors! read more

There's no "real" outlets in this center. It's the same old names with the same old products. I've compared prices online to the "outlet" shops and there's no discount or outlet prices. Other than Ruby's that offers bad service with workers yelling over all the noise, in Spanish, to other employees, there's no restaurants in the Outlets. Just walk up and order places where prices are what you'd pay in a real restaurant. Overall, the SC Outlets is a dire disappointment. Hardly ever busy unless there's some kind of pop up event for kids. I give the outlets a solid, "EHH." read more

Lots of parking! Huge outlet mall!!! But is the price outlet pricing?!? Nope. Not really. Didn't find deals like you would find at true outlets like Cabazon or Citadel. This place is more like an outdoor fancy mall with ocean views/breeze! What I love about this place? The games that the kids can play. They have large games that the kids can play with. Bean bag toss. Chess. Checkers. No play equipment more like games for 6 and up! ;) The bathroom here is amazing. The women's restroom looks like a fancy lounge area with glittery accents. Looks so fancy that it doesn't look like a bathroom! Why do I come here? Trolley ride!!! Park near the Starbucks and theres a free trolley ride that goes around town and it even takes you to the pier. For free!!! For the kids, it's alot of fun! 15-20min round trip! read more

Very nice and very clean! I'm not sure if these stores are really outlets or not.. it seems like the prices aren't as good as Carlsbad and Cabazon but they are surely cleaner. The bathrooms are so clean and nice here! The have good places to eat such as Slapfish and Ruby's. The Vans outlet is pretty good and usually has BOGO 50% off. What usually brings me to these outlets is that it is the closest Slapfish to me and I love them. waiting for more stores to open and the build your own popcicle shop to open also. read more

IMAX is great. The outlet mall is definitely one of the nicest I've ever seen. Large children play area with huge inflatables. I'm not sure if it's there all the time or just for October. They also have a pumpkin patch. read more

This is a nice little outlet. It is well kept. Very similar to the Carlsbad outlet. It's not big but a good place for pictures especially during Christmas. Their Christmas tree is impressive too. Look for the reindeers! read more

This is a really pretty outlet mall to walk around for a bit with the ocean breeze and ocean view but I wasn't super impressed. It is really spacious and has plenty of parking. I just wasn't impressed by the stores here. We didn't end up buying anything except 1 pair of vans at normal price. Maybe in the future they will add more stores. It appears there is definitely room to expand. Personally I'd rather make the extra trek down to Carlsbad and do some outlet damage there! read more

It's a small outlet which has its pluses and minuses. Finding it is easy and it's not a crowded mall (unless you come on a day when you a full bus load of shoppers arrive the same time you do). It doesn't have the usual stores, i.e Coach, but some of the staples are there. I found great deals at Loft and Nike. Grab a coupon book at customer service for additional discounts. The "luxury" mall was really just one store with an over friendly sales associate (girl, leave me alone when I'm browsing). I didn't love the selection at Under Armor, and I don't think there were any discounts at Le Creuset. I wouldn't say this is DESTINATION shopping for me, but if I have time to kill I would stop in. read more

I went here for the first time a few weeks ago, and I was impressed with the mall. There were some great stores with good selection. Also, I went on a Saturday night, and it wasn't too crowded. The bathrooms were extremely nice and well maintained! It's at a convenient location between San Diego and L.A. I will definitely return. read more

Stopped in here while traveling. We are spending a few days in the area and decided to spend one of those days hitting all the outlets on this hour stretch of I-5. This was not the best "deals" out of all the outlets we hit but these outlets did seem to have the friendliest staff and every single store we went into offered a military/first responder discount. If I did have to complain about one thing, I would say that the food options were pretty limited but there were a few of the basics like pizza, Starbucks, and such. read more

BE VERY CAUTIOUS OF THIS!! The only bad thing about the outlets is, the outlet parking lots have become a big target for car thieves. I've heard so many stories about it happening in pure daylight and some of the cars even had their windows broken into by the burglars. The good thing is I've been seeing more and more security guards hanging in the lot since then. Way to go!! I am a local in town and shop here often. I love the outlets (regardless of all the traffic and construction and even drama that was bought with it)... Ultimately it turned out pretty nice. It has a great range of stores and a couple decent restaurants. It's super nice and clean. And they do a lot of fun activities for kids and families. There are always games for play in the courtyard. They have guest come visit and present at the stage. Last time we saw a group bring all different types of animals out for pets and play and educated the children about them. There's always something fun on the weekends. Here are some of my personal thoughts on the stores & restaurants: SHOPS: -Under Amour has the greatest deals I've seen so far. They constantly have high quality clothing that's already marked down then they take an additional 40% off. -Nike has some great markdowns but not much, you'll need to search for them. -Daisy shop doesn't seem to have any markdowns. I feel like it's the same prices you'd see at the mall but with that being said, I still shop here a lot. Some of the cutest clothes in the whole plaza. -Zumiez has some alright clothes & markdowns however the employees there are usually not very bright or helpful. I've met a couple downright rude employees there too so I just stopped going eventually. (FYI they do have awesome girl shorts if you're looking. I have a hard time finding a good pair but one day I left this store with 4 pairs because they all looked & fitted great.) -Asics has very knowledge and friendly employees. Not my favorite shoes however so I don't go here often. -Vans, Converse, Sun Diego, H&M, and Tilly's are all okay. Nothing too special as far as deals. Papaya has amazing deals but need to search around as well & can be a headache if you're looking for something specific. FOODS: -Slap fish is supposedly great. Heard a lot of great things but still have yet to try it. -Bowlology is good but I'm not gonna lie, we already have so many places like this in town. They all pretty much offer the same things. -Panera Bread is great as usual. -Auntie Annie's is always delicious! Great if your looking for a good snack. -Blaze Pizza has great reviews as well, my boyfriend loves it and I've heard a lot of good things but still yet to try it. Altogether a great place! read more

Checked this place out on our way back to SD on a Sunday afternoon. It's still very new looking and there are still a lot of vacant shops. It was not crowded in the least bit. We stopped by the Levis store, Bass, etc. It's not as massive as it looks from the freeway though, we walked through it fairly quick. I think they need some more eateries. read more

To be frank, I'm quite disappointed by the shops that have been put in the outlets. The only places that are worth stepping foot into are food places and it's quite sad. We have always been told there would be a movie theatre put into the outlets but it's never happened. Definitely not worth more than 30 minutes of your time. read more

This outlet is a lot smaller than other ones I'm used to but it's very nice and clean. The bathrooms alone are much nicer than any other malls I've ever seen. The selection of stores is a little limited but there aren't too many people who come here which is nice if you don't want to be around huge crowds of people. I came here on a Tuesday afternoon and there was plenty of parking and barley any crowds. It was quiet, clean and overall an amazing shopping experience. Every store was easily accessible and I loved that I had full range to scour over he deals without fighting for the attention of an employee. Service at each store was prompt, kind and helpful. They have stunning restrooms (lol) and they make you feel like you're living in luxury. Fave stores were Cole Haan and Asics. There were some good deals at the Loft too! Gorgeous place to do some shopping and feel like you're getting away for a little bit, even if it is in Orange a county still. :) read more

I absolutely love coming to this beautiful Outlet Mall! The ocean air and view, the immaculate and beautiful restrooms, great stores!! Now the cherry on top the VIP Lounge!! It is fantastic!! After shopping for a few hours my husband and I decided to come up and check it out. We were offered beer or wine or soda and a plethora of sweet and savory snacks!! Came here for lunch with coworker, lunch was decent, a fan of Blaze pizza, although we did not go there this time. Glad this is an option for lunch, I mean you get to have lunch at an outlet mall, by the ocean with a view of it, and while on a lunch break. Happy this is an option on the lunch routine, and looking forward to coming here again. on our walk around the mall, and going into some of the store fronts, I some items I may be coming back for, after work. Not a lot of stores and the stores are weak, mostly athletic & sport type stores. No variety at all. There is no purse store. The only store I like is Lululemon which is a pop-up store. I hope Lululemon stays, otherwise the San Clemente outlet sucks! I rather go to Carlsbad Outlets. read more
