If you are a pickle fan, you must get the pickle pie. I tried it once and it was fun but because I am not a pickle fanatic, it was a one-time thing for me. It also doesn't hurt that it's located inside one of my favorite local breweries, Cerebral Brewing. Came here to try the pickle pizza after seeing it on Tiktok. I tried a pickle pizza somewhere else and was disappoint. Both my friend and I solidly ate half the pickle pizza each - it's not just a novelty flavor, it's definitely something you can eat for a full meal (assuming you like pickles). In short: really great pizza from very nice people. It's always fun to try new pizza, especially growing up in North Jersey and having spent the past seven years in Chicago. We're spoiled. And we're really critical! Outside Pizza is slinging some delicious pies, not just "for a food truck," but some of the best in Denver. The Market Pie was delicious, from the chewy dough, to the flavorful cheese and pesto, to the vegan sausage topping. I would have certainly liked to have been able to add a little salt, something that is often lacking in the greater midwest, but it's hard to complain when everything is done so well. I can't recommend Outside Pizza enough!! We hired them to cater our campground wedding and we had the best pizza and salad for dinner- everyone was raving about it!!! To start, Ashley and Ryan are just cool people- you just want to be friends with them and those are the types of people you want working your event! Before we hired them, we went to a brewery they were slinging pies at as a little "tasting". My now husband and I are both chefs- and we have some high standards for pizza! My husband took one bite and immediately nodded his head in approval- there is no question about the quality and tastiness of their product. I am particularly a fan of their yeasty, flavorful crust with plenty of char. They were easily able to navigate the dietary restrictions and allergies of all our guests. I did not have to worry about them once on the day of the wedding which is so important. I find their prices to be extremely reasonable. And of course, their shasta trailer brings the VIBES. (I even heard a story about how a "pizza man" helped our friend to his camper after drinking too much tequila and falling flat on his face- I mean, talk about going above and beyond.)
