I don't leave many reviews on social media, but I trusted Dever's assessment of our situation above and beyond any of the other companies. His recommendations not only ended up saving us from Wasting unnecessary $, but he also identified a couple trees which he recommended for me removal, which I hadn't thought of. And he was right. When they were removed today it was obvious they had major termite damage internally, which I never would have been able to identify myself, nor did any of the other groups mention it. If we would have left those trees, we would have had some substantial risk to our home and other structures if they would have fallen naturally. Dever and his team's communication was quick and did exactly what they suggested they would, in the timeline they originally presented. I'm super pleased with the overall results, how they cleaned up, and the value of this entire project. Im not sure how far MIG travels but if you're in or around Williamson county I would definitely recommended talking with Dever and MIG.

I was on the calendar waiting my turn and they were pretty much on time- which is crazy for a landscaping company during peak season. The last few times I had landscaping done (with a different company) they kept postponing the install and it was several weeks later than originally planned. That company did a great job with the install but their planning and customer service were lacking. But not with Nashscapes. They plan very well. It was a two day job. They pulled all my weeds and installed dozens of perennial plants. Then finished it off with some mulch. They hauled away my old, ugly planters that were filled with dirt. They added amendments to my soil to help my plants grow. I'm thrilled with the outcome and even happier with the customer service. It's very hard to find a company that provides a great service and great customer service. I recently had them come back out to stake up a fruit tree that was leaning too much and they'll be back again to put my blackberries on a beautiful trellis. In the Fall, I'm planning to have them install some evergreens as a privacy screen. I've definitely found the company that I want to work with to make my backyard the magical place I want it to be. By the time I finally knew I wanted Orangeola maples, they were sold out everywhere. So today I went to Hewitt's with one mission, to find two Orangeola maples, ideally in 6-gallon buckets. Alan was introduced to me as the tree expert, and he absolutely lived up to the title. I explained what I was looking for, and he immediately walked me over to the first two 6-gallon Orangeola dwarf maples they had just received. We spent maybe ten minutes with the trees, and they were exactly what I wanted. I also told Alan that I had uprooted all my plants last year to redesign my landscape and showed him photos of my front yard. I explained that I wanted more color instead of the usual deep green evergreens and boxwoods. Without hesitation, he walked me over to a beautiful little shrub that changes through five different colors. He was fantastic........knowledgeable, friendly, and quick. Overall, it was not only a great experience but a fast one. I left with exactly what I came for and more.

Unfortunately they tore up the lawn, left rocks everywhere (TONS of rocks) and now 1.5 years later, my lawn still looks the worse on the street. The neighborhood is a new build, so everyone had the same "starting point", so I expected it to at least stay looking like the neighbors lawns who don't have irrigation, not worse. When paying $5k for a small lawn, I didn't expect it to be tore up so badly and not recover. That said, the maintenance crew and customer support has been really great. They're very responsive, and do an excellent job. Tony in particular has been coming in the fall and Spring at my house. He just left and it prompted me to leave this review, simply because he went above and beyond to make sure I understood the strategy and parts, and did a great job. Really appreciated him! If you can get a better initial install, I definitely recommend working with them.

They installed an irrigation system about two years ago. THEY DID A TERRIBLE JOB.!! They ruptured a…read moregas line using a regular shovel, they ripped up the internet cable causing the whole neighbor to be with out internet for 2 weeks. They were told not to install any heads in the right of way. They did and then they removed it. The overall sales person (RICK HARRISON) who I directly designed my system with, did not communicate to the installation team the type of sprinklers I wanted and where to install the back flow valve. They also had to install a pressure pump, due to low pressure for $1400.00. I specifically told Rick where it needed to be in relation to the electric outlet . I had the outlet installed exactly where Rick said it had to be. I then spent $200.00 to have an electrical outlet installed. When I checked their work after they left. I found an orange extension cord lying on the ground, in a pool of water ,connected to my $200.00 outlet, they installed the pump to far away from the outlet. I again had to pay another $200.00 to move the outlet so the pump can connect directly to the outlet. Then the pump cracked and stop working, the back check valve cracked and had to be replaced. this is after I had them winterize my system. It has been nightmare of a project. Everytime they came out, something was wrong. I finally had to ban them from my property. it is now several years later and the system is worse than ever. I have spent a lot of money in repairs. I basically will have rebuilt the system by the end of this year. Do not use this company. Beware of Rick because he is smooth but does not follow through.Get everything in writing, get a design of your sprinkler System before they install (they want a $150.00 to do so)
