Wife attended a few sessions, but Stopped in January due to medical complications post pregnancy. The company continued to charge after several communications of having to stop the sessions. Multiple in person conversations, phone calls, and emails all to cancel the membership. Pure bar continued to charge our accounts saying there was no record of conversations. Pure bar was called again to cancel. They then asked for medical records of my wife to justify her medical complications in order to cancel the membership. No clause previously written in contract. When we asked to provide a signed clause of contract, Pure bar reported that they were "unable to find or print it". Pure bar threatened us with additional fines, refusing to cancel the membership until medical records were provided, and reported collections. When another email was provided by the company to clarify the cancellation and upholding charges, we were then charged again on our account x3 times on the same day! Will be filing fraudulent charges of reports with the State General office, Federal trade commission, and better business bureau.

My oldest children went here throughout the summer while on summer break and my youngest is now the only one that goes with me. I drop them off in the childcare room, Annabelle is awesome, she's very in tune to your child's needs and is so sweet to the children in there. My youngest used to have crying fits but now does great in there! I usually show up with a friend and we stay for about a hour. Haven't gone in a couple months, I've been slacking since school started back up. I took the two free trainer sessions that were offered back when I first joined. I decided not to opt in for anymore because I have a gym partner but it's nice to have someone there to help out with any questions we have. We never have to wait long for equipment, there's everything you need here. It's very clean, music is nice a loud and staff are friendly. Oh and you can't beat their daycare prices, these are the best prices I've found in 10 years!

I came into your gym and cancelled because I moved to Shelton. I was within my right to cancel under these circumstances and there were no issues when I did so. You sent multiple letters asking for my returned business. This is a dead issue as 5 YEARS has since passed. It's time for you to move on and work on ways to maximize profit that doesn't include attacking past members for fraudulent unpaid dues. Good luck to you and your establishment. Every single instructor I've had the pleasure of meeting exceeds my expectations. They don't take anything too seriously like other yoga places do, great vibes, the laughs in the room make everyone feel more comfortable, they give you nice frozen wash cloths after hot yoga that have different essential oils in them.. The entire business is clean, there's always a worker at the desk to check people in, they have a beautiful Christmas tree out, plants, store merch, coffee, tea, water, and even a shower in the bathroom. We have seriously enjoyed our time so much that we're gonna be buying the monthly membership and become regulars for real! They are very big on listening to your own body - taking a drink of water and coming down onto your mat when you need to rest. I love that because it makes you feel way less self conscious when you end up needing to take a rest. I wasn't expecting such a good experience (not sure why) but I'm very very grateful for this place. I'm shy and I always kind of had this feeling that I wouldn't belong into a place like this but I was very wrong. I can't wait to try all the other classes you can take. I would be here every single day if I could be. All of the ladies that work here and help to keep it as nice and as peaceful as you do, deserve the best things in life.
