They dont respond back in a proper time frame I have more work to be done , however they seemed to ignore my request. I would call someone else. Ignoring my communication is worse then thier inferior products. I offered to bring the defective door back in exchange for a free replacement and install myself. To help out . No Response

We ended up contacting them to do a kitchen remodel along with a master bath and pool bath. We were nervous going with the company that didn't come with a recommendation and that we had found just by walking into their showroom. I can tell you that they were probably one of the most professional companies that we have ever worked with, and we have remodeled over the years, several projects at other homes. Bonnie helped design and pick out all the finishes and was extremely helpful and receptive to any questions that I had throughout the whole project from beginning to end. Prior to our remodel start start date we received a project book that detailed every single cabinet, drawer, hardware, selection, layout, and the dates of when contractors would be in our home to do the work, what work they were doing, and their names. Everybody was scheduled for the whole project prior to it even beginning along with all materials. Every night I received an email of who was going to be arriving, and what they were going to be doing. All of the workers that entered my home were extremely professional and took great care in cleaning up at the end of the day.
